I use this flash almost every day. I shoot real estate photography (and am an agent as well) and I use this as part of my lighting kit. First off, I love that you can customize many functions on this flash. One thing I changed was that pushing the power button will immediately shut off the flash. I love that. I frequently use this for a shot, then will stick it in my pocket and shoot a different shot without it. Hitting the power for a brief moment turns it off (custom setting).

Great product. I purchased two of these for duel purposes. One, for mobility and two for use in my studio. Love then so far. The only minus i have so far is the instructions on setup are not clear cut. You have to surf the net and play for awhile to get the hang of setting them up. Not really a simple process the first time around. All in all save your money on the expensive Canon flash and get this bargain.

Being a person who usually pushes my shoots to the extreme in environmental pressures (night shoots at well below zero degrees, snow, rain, and hiking) I did not expect this flash to put up with my abuse and desire to bring creative lighting to the outdoors. This little unit has put up a great fight for me. Build is solid and doesn't feel cheap and is fairly reliable. There are miss-fires occasionally, something that many have already addressed in this comments but its never been much of a problem for me. As a person beginning to walk into the professional world of photography, this flash has performed above and beyond my expectations, but things could always be better with more cheddar. If you are a novice and are looking for a cost effective way to understand/learn lighting with speed lights and wireless units, this is a great option in my opinion.

So far, I have had none of the problems identified by others and have really enjoyed using the multiple flashes and being able to set the power and zoom with the transmitter. Very intuitive to use and, so far, extremely responsive and reliable. So, maybe they won't last, but up till now, I've had good use and good success out of them. If they can last me another six months, I will count myself satisfied. Fingers crossed.
