    For the price you're paying for this soldering iron, you're getting a ton of value. Everything works great, and the iron itself is excellent. I love how it comes with a variety of different tips, that can be switched out depending on what you're soldering. The iron also heats up extremely quickly. Would recommend!

    This iron has a thermostat that displays its temperature and gets plenty hot for what I do. The cord is better than the ordinary cheap iron, and it looks and feels better. The kit is useful. I think this is good value, have tossed my cheap soldering irons.

    So far this solder iron is far better than any other I have ever had. it seems to be calibrated accurately. It actually feels like a food solid piece of equipment unlike others that are just cheap plastic and parts.

    Bought it for my husband because he is always taking things apart to fix them well as soon as it was delivered he opened the box and was thrilled a about the case it was in. He instantly plugged it in and went to work. So far he has fixed 3 headlamps he uses when he is working on cars, the wires came out of the mother board.

    Upgrading from a non-adjustable soldering iron, this is a blast to use. No risk of overheating and messing up both the tip and whatever you want to solder, which is a neat feature for rare, hobby usage. It's pretty impressive how cheap one can buy a digitally controlled soldering iron these days.

    I bought this to change some fans on my 3D printer. I only needed to use it once but it heated up fast and worked perfect for some simple soldering. The little stand and extra tips are nice to have too. Recommended for an entry level tinkerer.
