It may be small, but it's incredibly powerful. The temperature control is excellent, and it heats up in no time. As an electrician with 40 years of experience, I can say that I absolutely love this iron. I'm planning to purchase more tips and use it for small plastic welding repairs, mainly because of its impressive heat control.

I've been using a super cheap soldering iron until I found this one! I really appreciate the temperature control and the small screen that displays it. My only minor complaint is the thick and stiff cord, which makes it slightly cumbersome to handle. It would be more ideal if it could be powered by a thinner type of cable like USB-C instead.

This soldering pen didn't last for more than 5 minutes before it stopped heating up and displayed a "no tip" error. Many people have experienced this same issue, and there are videos suggesting possible fixes. I even bought a new tip, but it still displays the "no tip" error. Due to its short lifespan and cheap build quality, I cannot recommend this product.

This soldering iron may be small, but it's definitely powerful. The fit and finish are good, and it feels like a quality tool. It's very easy to use: just plug it in, set the temperature, and within a few seconds, you're ready to melt solder. I have a Haiko iron on my desk, but I wanted a portable one for use in the garage. I'm excited to use it for various automotive repair projects.

Caution, this iron heats up FAST! The only concern I've noticed is that some of the tips designed for the TS100 tend to throw "No Tip!" errors and can be a bit finicky with this iron. However, I've discovered that by pushing and twisting, then tightening the screw while holding the tip in place, I can reduce these errors.

This iron is surprisingly cool! It's pretty small, as thin as a pen, which is definitely different from those old-style irons that took forever to heat up and lost heat instantly due to the separate core from the tip. LOL! I would recommend learning how to tin it and practicing on old boards before attempting your first repairs. Don't waste your money on hakko, etc.

This iron is awesome! It's perfect for delicate board repairs, especially when working with super small components. I downloaded some third-party firmware, and it works amazingly well. It's far superior to those cheap irons where you have to put the heat on top of the element.
