    Lacks detailed instructions. My daughter had to research to figure it out. Now we need to buy extra pieces for her needs.

    While you get a lot for your money and the stencils are nice, the burner is terrible. The tips are extremely loose and heat unevenly. I couldn't even use it once before giving up and purchasing another one. Impossible to achieve precision with tips that shake and twist.

    Extremely difficult to use, and broke within the first 5 minutes. The plastic cover near the heating element became hot enough to burn. Ruined a nice piece of oak intended as a gift. Avoid wasting time and money on this useless tool.

    Broke after just 3 uses. This company needs to thoroughly inspect their products. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. If possible, I would give it zero stars.

    The quality is abysmal. Adaptable pieces get stuck and require a tool to unscrew. They also loosen while in use, as seen in the submitted picture.

    Unable to hold it close enough to achieve precision on the tip. Additionally, the heat distribution on the stamps is concentrated in the middle, resulting in poorly formed letters.

    A pretty cool item indeed. Plenty of tip options, and the stencils are a nice addition. While it does get hot during use, I've never burned myself. However, I do find the temperature gauge tricky; I've accidentally changed the dial while using it. Nonetheless, it definitely gets the job done!

    Bought this as an early birthday gift for my dad. Unfortunately, the packaging was half-opened, and pieces were scattered inside. Thankfully, nothing was missing. Additionally, it retains heat for a long time even after being unplugged.

    For the price, this iron is quite nice. It heats up sufficiently for my wood burning projects. As a beginner in the hobby, I'm unsure if short cords are typical. The instructions lack clarity on changing the tips, but overall, it's a decent option for newcomers.

    Claimed to heat up in less than two minutes. Actually took around 10 minutes to become remotely usable. Had to pause every few seconds to reheat, making it very difficult to use, even for experienced wood burners.
