    I have used several different hearing assist phones and this one is the greatest and it is cordless and relative inexpensive one I have tried. Highly reccomend it.

    My mother is hard hearing and this is literally the only phone that is loud enough for her to hear. I recommend this phone.

    I bought this for my 90+yo great aunt because she was having trouble reading and pressing the buttons on a regular phone; as well as. not being able to hear as well. This phone checked all her boxes- she is amazed with the ability to hear us on the phone and she says the buttons are nice and big which make them easier to press.

    I bought this for my 90+yo great aunt because she was having trouble reading and pressing the buttons on a regular phone; as well as, not being able to hear as well.     I wanted a telephone but didn't want to spend a lot of money since we all have cell phones. However, I must admit, this phone is an excellent and affordable option. The battery life is long-lasting, and the call quality is good.

    I noticed that missed calls disappear when I erase them, and I can't find them again the next time I want to delete them. Saved phone numbers also disappear, I didn't erase them intentionally or by accident. Additionally, the sound level needs to be readjusted frequently. Overall, I'm quite dissatisfied with this phone.

    Additionally, be aware that the person on the other end may have difficulty hearing you due to frequent call dropouts. This is a budget phone that often experiences connectivity issues.
