    Just received this reel in the mail and spooled it wit KastKing 25# braided line. Very smooth handle and feel sturdy. Dry tested the drag and appears to have varying levels of drag. The materials seem very sturdy and is heavy duty; not a lot of plastic parts to it. I can't wait to use it this weekend on stripers and largemouth bass. I will update the performance after I try it out.

    So far this reel has exceeded my expectations. I fish saltwater flats and estuaries on the Texas coast. The 3000 series has handled redfish and speckled trout with no problems.

    Not sure if this will actually lead to bigger fish, but this is a quality product. The little details are a nice touch. I've owned several KastKing products and never been disappointed (except when I lost one of my kastking rods in the surf from my kayak)... I loved that rod. Anyway, this is a fantastic reel, great for any type fishing. I'm looking forward to using this in the surf.

    I have 5  lizard reels, I love them! Great quality for a great price! I use them for red fish, trout, sheephead, snapper, sharks! It handles them all great!
