  My son and I utilize this harness for pulling weighted plates during our running sessions. Unfortunately, the belt tends to ride up, and even on the smallest setting, it doesn't cinch properly around my son's waist. Moreover, the belt itself is quite thin and can cause discomfort around the stomach in certain instances. Nonetheless, the harness appears robust enough to handle the weight, and the stitching seems to be of high quality. If I were to purchase another strap, I would certainly prioritize the belt's design more.

  Unfortunately, the harness tore after its first workout session. Moreover, the buckle fails to securely fasten the strap.
