This inflatable boxing column is easy to fill water/sand and inflate air to use. It rebounds quickly and softly, suitable for fitness, stress and Taekwondo training. 

Features:
Made of nvironmental protection PVC material, sturdy and reliable. 
Easy to install, open the cover in the bottom and fill water/sand into it, cover the stopper closely. Pumping air into inflatable hole until it is totally inflatable is ok.
Easy to carry, can be used at anytime anywhere.
Inflatable sandbags are perfect for fitness and stress. Improve coordination and flexibility, burn calories and reduce stress while increasing flexibility and hand-eye coordination. 
It is also an nice choice for Taekwondo training. Can be used for adults and children.

Instructions:
1. Open the bottom plug
2. Fill the water inlet with water or sand
3. Close the inner plug and tighten the outer race
4. Inflate through the nozzle with an air pump

Remarks:
1 Be sure to hold at least 7 kg of water, otherwise the column will not stand upright and can easily fall over.
2 As this product is plastic inflatable, please keep away from pointed objects to avoid scratching the air leakage.
3 Do not squeeze hard, children should not sit on it to avoid damage due to excessive pressure.
4 When inflating, just use an appropriate amount. Do not over-inflate to avoid blasting.

    I have purchased bags like this before, but the stand was always too light causing it to lay down when hit. This one holds ample water and keeps stable with most hits. Great for kids and punch exercises.

    So far, so good. Bought this as a present for my 5 year old about a month ago and it has withstood constant punching and kicking from all three kids. Filled the bottom with water.

    This punching bag is easy to inflate, stable enough after we filled water. I bought this for my son to practise his kickboxing skills，and he loves this. I'm not sure if it works for adults，but seems good enough for kids.

    I was thinking of getting a more professional punching bag from Target for $100 but this turned out to be way better because I can whack the s*** out of it and it just bounces back. No popping or anything and the base is really sturdy after putting a lot of water in it.

    I read a lot of the reviews that mention not filling the base with water because it will pop and spill water everywhere. Many reviews recommended filling the base with aquarium gravel which sounds like a good idea but can get expensive. While in the pet store to get gravel I also needed cat litter and realized that I could fill the base with 35lbs of cat litter for $10 (the same as 10 lbs of gravel). It works great this way and never falls over!
