    Could be a little thicker but definitely did they trick. Was having hip pain after a long kayak trip. This cushion really helped. Bought another one to use as a back rest.

    I used this in a kayak that already had a back support. It does add some comfort, but it's not possible to remove the existing hard back support. This model simply bends to conform to your back.

    I bought three of these for my kids. They work perfectly with their Wave kayaks. You'll need to be skilled with a rivet gun to get them securely attached. Don't forget to order some eyelets.

    I love my kayak seat, it is comfy and doesn't' move once I put it where I want it, I put a piece of plastic wrap on the side I sit on and put a towel on top of that I use the plastic wrap to keep the towel lint from getting all over the seat as it is sticky so it sit on the kayak and doesn't move

    My seat is starting to wear out causing hip pain when kayaking. My hubby bought me this for Christmas It worked great, no slip & my hip didn't hurt after last kayaking trip.

    My kayak does not have any padding in the seat, and after about 2 hours, I was wishing it did. This cushion was perfect - wasn't too thick (don't even really notice it being underneath me), yet delivers plenty of extra comfort for extra long kayaking trips.

    Didn't slip, and was enough cushion to allow comfort for the ~4 hour float/paddle i went on. Did not absorb much water, which is great!

    Nice. non-skid with just the right amount of padding to be comfortable without throwing off your center of balance. I've only used it a few times, so I can't say anything about durability.

    stays nicely in place. Thick enough to give another 1/4 inch of cushion. I think a regular throwable boat seat cushion would be more practical for kayak use though.

    The cushion did not disappoint! It seemed pricey, but the benefits warranted the price. The cushion did not slip at all. It had plenty of cushion, although I did not use it for an extended paddle yet. I like the loop to fasten to the seat, so it won't fly away in the wind when I am not in it.
