Its ok for the price, the sound quality could be better considering its closed ear design, but the phones sound quite flat. Ears get tired easily especially when using it for a long time, some ventilation would be helpful. The LED lights are too bright and makes you look silly especially in video conferencing. I ended up not connecting the USB port for the light as there are no means to control it. Overall its cheap earphones product that is ok for occasional use and zoom meetings, but I cant recommend using it as the primary sound source on your computer.

As much as I want to give more stars for this product, the fact that it is way too heavy on my head and gives me headaches is too big of an issue. If the weight of the headset doesn't bother you, then definitely this is a solid product. But I've never felt so much weight from a headset. It's kind of concerning that this is also a gaming headset because the amount of time people will use it for gaming, it can probably cause pain to your neck/back in the long run. I would suggest looking for other products, even if this product has a lot of good reviews. I don't think anyone should be having this much weight on their head, even if it doesn't bother them

great sounding headphones. Had a problem with the first set I bought with sound cutting off. Advised them of the problem and was sent a new headset with no questions asked. New set performs great so far and am VERY happy with my purchase. Thanks so much for your good product and excellent customer service. Would recommend this seller to everyone. I bought these for work. They allow me to blockout most of the conversations in the room and allow me to focus on my own thoughts. Sound quality is good. I listen to music, audiobooks and participate in video conferences.They are not too heavy, I am able to wear them all day with my mask and eyeglasses. They do not apply extra pressure to me ears.
