This is a great replacement for my old laptop stand. It's not overly angled; making for comfortable use of the keyboard. It fits perfectly under my 17" laptop and the fans work very well for cooling; there's good air flow under the laptop. It's also good that it has an extra USB port on the back. It comes with 2 ports, but one is used to run the fans. It has a much smaller profile than the stand it is replacing and I like that for portability. Time will tell how the fans hold up, but for right now, I am delighted with this purchase.

Five stars! Five MILLION stars!!!I work for a bank, so my hard drive is ridiculously encrypted.I have 3 versions of visual studio, ssms, and Oracle developer installed, each with a license specific to me - so imaging is out of the question. My laptop was *cooking*. The fan was in overdrive, but it was still burning up. Bought this to help save the hard drive from melting. It is damn near silent, and I'm in an office where it's quiet. And my laptop is COLD. The fan is calmly chugging away its worthless contribution while this thing does all the work. Where has this thing been for the last 3 years?!? I'm buying more.

This Laptop Cooler has fixed my heating problems on my 17 inch HP laptop. I do a lot of video work and my laptop gets hot. I've had to replace the shell because the heat cracked and eventually ruined it. The new shell began cracking from the heat so I found this cooler. It's worked great plugging into one of my 4 USB ports. It's very quiet and I have not had a heating problem since I began using it no matter how much video rendering I do. It has legs in the back that can be raised or left closed. I raised mine giving me a little better angel for typing and accessing the keyboard. I don't know how it could be any better. I would buy it again and highly recommend it.

Previously‚ I've been having a lot of problems with my laptop via heat.I do a lot on my laptop that made it do so.From playing PC games on it (one of the ones that caused problems is VRChat) down to producing 3D animations. It got to the point that I was unable to 3D animate for a good chunk of time because my laptop would grow so hot‚ I felt like it could explode on me.This laptop cooler made me change my thoughts otherwise!Not only does it not need to be plugged into my wall to work‚ it made my laptop go from a firey inferno to a cool snow paradise.This piece of technology has saved my laptop for another good few years!The only thing I have to be careful about is handling it. I feel as if I just drop it once‚ it would damage it and I'd have to get another one.No further cons on it!Works well‚ just be careful with it!

It has resolved my hot laptop problem perfectly!! I've been using a solid laptop desk and my machine was getting way too hot (you should have seen all the stuff I was putting under the laptop, trying to prop it up to get ventilation). My laptop now sits on the cooling pad, that is sitting on the solid laptop desk, that is sitting on my lap....I know that sounds cumbersome, but it works great (btw, both the cooling pad and the desk are extremely lightweight).The fans are quiet; I am aware of them, but they don't bother me and best of all, my machine doesn't even feel warm after being on for an hour! I'm so pleased this works!!!

I am on my computer a Lot. I play an Android game, and to do that, I must use an Emulator. An Emulator is a program that works in Windows and makes Android play available. Needless to say, it's double duty for my laptop. It used to get hot, though it is quite powerful enough to play both programs at once. I bought the Havit cooling pad, and could not be happier with it. It runs virtually silently. It is very well-built out of sturdy materials. It does everything it promises to do...keeps both the laptop and my lap cool. I believe that this will extend the life of my expensive laptop. Bravo!

My MacBook’s intervals fan were damaged and I wanted to buy this as a way of cooling my MacBook. It does the job and it makes sure my MacBook does not overheat. I always carry this with me whenever I know I will be using my Mac. It has been holding up pretty well and I really like using it. It definitely works and my macbook’s temperature has been lower ever since I started using this cooling pad! I def recommend those product to anyone who wants to cool their laptop!

My computer kept overheating, and it was a huge issue, as my Parrots listen to Youtube all day long. I put this on my desk, with the computer on top, and after a couple adjustments everything is amazing. It keeps the battery area less than hot, and the computer stays on all day.This keeps the babies' happy, and that makes me very happy. They are monsters when they can't hear their music.

It works. The noise level is that of a small fan maybe but it's smooth and consistent. I turn on when I know I'm about to work my laptop a lot. I like the two things to keep it from sliding forward because I have my laptop on a stand so not only does it lift it high enough for no cord problems but also I feel comfortable it will not slide off.

I got this because my computer decided to start shutting down on me without warning, mid-sentence sometimes. I did some research and found out it could be a matter of it getting too warm (not that I managed to find out where I can SEE how warm it gets), and I decided to try a cooling . Cheaper than a new computer, that's for sure, AND better for my nerves so I don't have shouting matches at a black screen after losing work I'd labored over ...This works.Or knock on wood, plastic, metal, and laminate sheets -- it is working so far.
