I've received this microphone for over a week now. I'd say its a pretty decent device. It took no installation of any driver software and just works fine when plugged in. The audio quality is good, sounds loud and clear from the remote end. The microphone came in a nice box and was very easy to assemble. The stand looks neat and is designed as a float style, which should help improve sound picking ability. A very useful device for the many Zoom meetings that I am having these days, especially suitable for desktop users. Good choice for me!

This is a nice microphone that I am going to use connected to my camera to create videos for YouTube. It’s light weight and it has a decent audio quality for the price. I made some audio recordings with this microphone and there is substantial improvement from the device I was using before. I am quite surprised that an inexpensive mic can provide quite good sound quality. I would recommend it to anyone.

I'm an audio engineer by trade so I'll try not to be too critical but this mic is great for the price! The fact that it comes with as many accessories as it does including the really easy-to-use boom stand should set it apart from other competitors! I needed a new microphone to make Youtube videos and short song covers/demos so this was a great option. There is no "warmth" really to it, the frequency response skews higher, there is a bump above 10k hz that makes sense given the fact it's probably meant for vocals and that boost adds to intelligibility. I tried recording louder vocals through it however and it did not handle it that well (sounded like it was driving it too hard) so I'm assuming its not really meant for that! Overall would recommend to the everyday consumer or someone who is just starting out with music!

As a musician and music teacher this microphone is very nice. I can tell especially when recording instruments that it picks up way more overtones then an average microphone. It picks up every sound in the room very well, it makes for an excellent microphone for recording. A USB audio interface is a must with this microphone if you are planning to record. The sound quality is much better with through an audio interface instead of a plain USB microphone. This mic is entirely meant to be a recording microphone or in a room where you want to pick up almost every sound. Not a performance microphone, Dynamic microphones are better for performance.

I decided to try something different. I wanted to find a way to conference call with an external mic and monitor the call at the same time. So I researched a little and thought I would try this. What you see here is the assembled mic with foam cover and windscreen mounted on it's mini tripod and shock mount. The pic shows better views. I connected it to my Samsung android phone with an adapter that splits the incoming Microphone and outgoing speaker audio. The one you see connected did not come with the mic. The red / green came with the mic as did two extra bands for the shock mount. All in all I like it and I would recommend this to friends.

This microphone is much more substantial than expected, heavy with a metal case. This microphone was essentially plug and play, with a bit of setup for the stand and whatnot. Sound quality was excellent, especially compared to that of a standard phone / webcam. I personally thought this was of a great value for its quality, although I don't doubt there would be cheaper products out there. It works for both laptop and phone (you'll need an adapter if your phone doesn't have an aux). Pretty happy with the purchase. Clear buy recommendation

My kids are trying the youtube streaming thing. The mics on their ipads were not the best and they had to speak over the audio of the app that they were recording. Which lowered the quality of the recording. With this device the audio goes directly to their headphones and their voices can be heard more clearly and naturally over the content. It doesn't require additional power and uses the traditional 3.5mm jack so it can be used with almost any device. A test for later will be how well it works when video conferencing the grand parents. For the cost, this is a solid purchase.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I was tasked with recording multiple recordings for our company voicemail. I worked with our IT Department all week and there was just no improvement in sound quality no matter how hard we tried. (HQ is in another state, so this was getting done remotely regardless of the closed offices). I really thought long and hard before spending the extra money to purchase a microphone. I felt I was really overdoing it for a simple answering machine. I found that I had ordered just what I needed and now the recordings sound great! Price wise this was really the best bang for the buck. I needed a good quality at a mid-range price and that is what I got! The ease of use is just perfect. I literally plugged this in and started talking. I am a beginner as in never ever. I did not have to troubleshoot a thing. I just put this together and started using it. This microphone instantly solved the problem we were having with white noise in the background. We will not have the luxury of sound mixing and voice scrubbing and all of those wonderful options sound engineers have, so the problem had to be resolved at the recording end. This product accomplished that. I will now keep it in place on my desk for all of my Zoom and Teams meetings and for when I host the company podcasts. I am thrilled I purchased this as it will give me a professional edge in my every day work. It is something I never really thought of as an item I could benefit from yet it did its job so well that I now do not want to record anything without it! Don't be afraid of overkill, this is a problem solver for sure. I should have purchased this sooner!

Great build quality, sounds good, and comes with everything you need (boom arm, pop filter, and foam cover). Huge bargain given the quality and included items when compared to other USB mics. I only have two minor complaints. First, I wish the cardioid pickup had a bit more of a cutoff. My mouse and keyboard are situated behind the mic and they are not as deafened as I would like. Second, the boom arm was EXTREMELY stiff out of the box and I had to play around with loosening/tightening the joint bolts for a while before I was able to adjust the position with relative ease while it also being able to hold itself up.

I work on several different projects from music, to podcasts, to live streaming games and this little mic is the best bang for your buck if you're just starting out. The stand is sturdy and flexible to my positional needs. The mic is sensitive enough to pick up my voice but focused enough that it doesn't pick up other people in the room. Still, you should invest in sound dampeners if you want the best sound. Setup was a breeze, just plug it in and start recording. The pop filter is easy to adjust and the stabilizer keeps the mic from wobbling. Great for beginners and great bang for your buck!

Recently I have been trying to get into the streaming and YouTube scene. So I decided to purchase this microphone product from this seller. I was pleased to notice that this microphone was a full set and came along with a pop filter, usb cable, microphone, clamps, and a stand to hold the microphone. This gave me a lot of flexibility to mount the microphone wherever I pleased giving me the chance to be comfortable while trying to use the microphone. This microphone allows you to plug it in to whatever device you are using it for and makes it easy to use. This is a condenser microphone meaning it is more sensitive than other mics. The best place to have the microphone full effect would be in a more sound proof location. You can record streams, make videos, or record music. The only down side would be the mic head not being able to move at different angles as much. For the price of this mic, you are getting way better than what you pay for. The quality of sound was amazing in my opinion. Overall I rate this 5 stars due to the price, quality, and flexibility that this microphone has to offer. My viewers even thought the quality of my sound increased! Big props to the makers of this microphone.

i saw some really good reviews on this setup before i ordered it and some bad ones and after receiving it i can say the setup is great, the arm is sturdy and has thumb screws for tightening on each hinge point i saw some reviews saying the arm couldn't hold itself up, that is false it is all metal construction and has no issues supporting the mic and pop filter when fully extended even! its a great setup for beginners at a great price with incredible sound quality

I got this for my work as I have to occasionally record voiceover for online training courses. The recording quality is great, and it supports high sampling rates. I gave it 4 stars because the setup documentation is slightly lacking in detail. All in all, a great product, especially for the price
