Great fit and finish. Includes a padded case. There is plenty of adjustability for devices from to the 7.9in iPad available, to a small mobile phone. The dark/box is held together with velcro at the half mirror and zippers on each side close the triangles that form the box. I found it a bit tricky to wiggle the zippers together in order to get started, but this got easier with practice. I recommend getting a quick release plate for your camera in addition to this so that you can take the camera in and out for any adjustments without having to mess with the thumbscrew or alignment.

This teleprompter is nice. But at times it is a little annoying to set up. It does add some greens to the imagine and maybe takes about a 1/2 stop of brightness down. You will probably need to make color corrections just for this teleprompter and save it like a setting. It’s really nice with an iPad but almost impossible to read with an iPhone unless you are 3 -5 feet away.

Adjustable Teleprompter works great for recording videos for training, meetings, or special events. It's sturdy and is exactly what you need for a more professional touch.When initially unboxing the item, there are a number of pieces and fittings depending on your setup. It was a bit daunting, but in reality it was quick and easy to figure out. I used a DSLR with my setup. I have used both smartphones and tablets. Both work well, but if you'll be viewing this from a distance, then a tablet is likely going to be your best option. This is a high quality teleprompter with nearly all metal and glass construction. Works extremely well and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I just finished making my first video using this teleprompter. Being a guy, meaning I'm averse to reading directions, I figured this out easily and recorded the best, most natural-looking video I've ever done on the second take. The ONLY reason it wasn't on the first take is my cats started all-of-a-sudden feeling neglected and decided a lap ride was imperative. ;)This teleprompter did exactly what it says it will do, was easy to set up and put away, and will be used in every video I shoot from here on out that isn't just an on-the-fly IG or TikTok video. 100% recommended!

I've spent thousands on various professional teleprompters over the years and a few cheap ones to. For $100, this one tops them all. First, The materials are first quality. Nothing cheap about it. Very well made. No instructions were necessary to assemble it either--just velcros together. I'm using it with an iPad and PromptSmart software that listens to you and automatically scrolls as you read. Wow this is easier than AutoCue and so much cheaper. Can't imagine any competitive product being any better.

This teleprompter works GREAT! I ended up using a towel to eliminate glare instead of the included tent, but other than that, everything is easy to set up and works perfectly. Makes it SO much easier to deliver content for videos...instead of having to memorize everything in chunks and do multiple takes.Great customer service, great product. Five stars all around.

I have been looking for a small teleprompter that I could use in several locations. This device fit all my needs. There is no assembly required since you only need to fold it out, attaching the material shield and one time attaching the rubber guards for the iPad, and you are ready to go.

As we've used more and more video in our university's communications, we sought out some affordable yet high quality solutions for teleprompters. The price is quite reasonable for a unit this well made. And, while it looks confusing coming out of the box, the directions are excellent and it turns out to be a cinch to set up and take down. Our president will hear far fewer muttered expletives when we're setting up shoots now that we have this unit.

I purchased this to shoot video at my desk. It is sturdy but lightweight enough to place on a smaller tripod that will sit on my desk. It can be used with a multiplicity of cameras. I like the ability to attach an external microphone (for better sound) and extra lighting. Everything folds nicely in the case that comes with it and the padding inside fits nicely around the teleprompter.

The major design flaw is that the mirror is held in place by a metal bracket that curves up from the monitor platform. This means that you are limited to monitors that fit within that bracket. There are better teleprompters out there that don't have this problem. Look for a teleprompter whose mirror is held in place without compromising the space for your monitor!
