I was super skeptical that this vacuum would work. Our blow up rectangular pool (roughly 6ft by 3 ft)has a bunch of dirt and pollen on the bottom. I hooked this up to my hose and went back and forth over my pool. I spent maybe 5 minutes and got all the stuff in the picture in that bag. It was so easy to use! I would highly recommend this if you have a small pool! I was sceptical on how the suction would work, but it works like a dream! I wish I would have taken pictures for you to see. It removed all the "tree litter" from the bottom as well as the leaves that had sunk to the bottom. The net skimmer worked perfect and all the plastic parts are well made. My son will be so excited to play in a clean pool again. I have a small 10 ft pool and it took me about 30 min to clean it (and it was pretty bad). I did have to drain some water out of the pool when I was done, but the pool was already at the max level when I started due to the rain we have gad.

For anyone new to using these, it doesnt have "suction" basically the head traps the debri while your water flow from the hose directs it into the mesh bag. It works great! Just go slow and try not to disturb the debri too much. I was impressed by how well it worked. Loose knot the mesh bag to keep it on. The skimmer is your standard and works well too. The pole is telescopic. I recommend if you need an inexpensive one starting out.

I have a 17 ft x 52 in summer waves pool.3 yrs old.The original pool vacuum that came with it..was marginal at best...and it broke.I ordered this kit based on reviews ( and it was inexpensive).I have to say..the vacuum part is really great! Granted.. I have phenomenal water pressure..and I used a big diameter hose (not a little one)..And it cleaned up my pool like you wouldn't believe! I cleaned up the big debris with the net ( very cheap and small)..but that vacuum worked like crazy! I'm impressed

I got this to clean my 10' x 6' kiddie pool. I was skeptical but it works and it's easy to use. Looks sturdy enough to hold up with proper use but hopefully my kids don't decide it's a toy. I'm not sure it would stand up to them.

I received the Intex Basic Pool Maintenance Kit and am really pleased. It worked well and was easy to use. We had an early summer that filled the pool with smallGreat product for my Intex 12' pool.  leaves and flowers that did not occur last year. This kit was inexpensive and I was worried it would not work well. It works great. I filled two bags with the debris on the bottom of the pool and used the skimmer to get the extensive floating debris (last year all I needed was a kitchen sieve).
