    Product will do exactly as expected. I am installing vinyl flooring in my basement and am planning on using this to mark all of the odd cuts on the flooring prior to cutting such as the columns. This contour gauge seems well built and the lock feature works well.

    This worked great for me working with drywall and flooring in the tight spaces of a powder room. I'm glad I found this model before my mind and my religion were completely gone. After the gauge I was using slipped several times and I ruined drywall cuts, this gauge saved the day.

    After exhaustive research, this is the contour measure device everyone needs! After you go to all the trouble to get to the measuring part of your project, what good does it do if you cannot lock in the shape and walk away? I got the 5" and the 10" and believe it's the best product available!

    I saw this on a video and thought it was a genius idea. My husband and I do most things ourselves and had done hardwood floors in the entire house and tiles in the bathrooms and laundry room. Man, do I wish we would've had this back then for all the door frames cutting and the toilet too.

    This was a gift for my dad, my boyfriend and his father. They are all DIY and craftsmen. They were all very excited for this tool and commented how helpful it would be for their jobs. We tested it out on a few complicated areas and were happy to see its accurate, held its shape very well.

    I have been working on interior molding, which is generally terrible, and this helps to much. I am upset I didn't buy it for the floor. I have a construction background, so I am able to scribe and precision cut pretty well, but this speeds things up greatly. It game pre-adjusted and seems sturdy.

    Very nice contour gauge, I have had the ones with the round wires however the wires get bent with use and storage, and it becomes a pain to use afterwards. This one seems to solve that problem and also gives you the ability to adjust the tension.

    Just finished retiling my fireplace with rought cut stone veener tiling. Needed something to be able to cut my baseboard to match the uneven texture of the stone. It was the last part needed to finish of my living room remodel. As soon as it arrived, I put it to work, and it did a fine job.

    i bought a similar tool like this, but it did not have the locking lever or adjustable nature of this one. Those small features make a load of difference. It comes very delicate, so the locking level was appreciated. I have not had to use provided wrench to change tightness.
