    I got this for several reasons one being to burn air holes in my spider habitats, =)) Tiny new hatched babies need tiny air holes and after burning a few that were too big I realized there was a thermostat and with that knowledge was able to burn perfect sized air holes =))

    My only regret is that I spent so many years using a crummy soldering iron. Everything is so much easier with this iron. It heats quickly and the temperature is easy to change. Love it.

    My husband really likes the soldering iron it is easy to operate and he even showed me how to solder with it and I have never used a soldering iron before and I was able to learn within 20 minutes.
