    My husband bought me a very shallow bird bath, and I want a fountain to circulate the water. This little fountain is perfect! As soon as I went to put it in, it worked. I chose Shanxi because the bird bath is very small. It looks so cute. I am worried that the birds will avoid splashes, but they like them very much. Other sprinklers are also great... now I have to buy a bigger bird basin and another fountain! They provide straws to keep it at the waterline. No need to assemble on the pump, just select your sprayer and push it up. Very satisfied with this product.

    I really like watching the backyard visitors drink from the homemade bird bath. I found rabbits, finches, sparrows, pigeons and crows all coming to bathe or drink water. It was so peaceful watching all the little animals enjoy the solar fountain. The only thing that flinches is the suction cups; they are not very easy to use, but I fixed the base of the solar pump with stones to avoid drifting to the left or right; so the water won't be sprayed onto the cement from the edge and lose most of the water. I don't want my motor to burn out because there is not enough water in the base. I think this is still a good purchase, and I think most people will like to watch wild animals and enjoy water views. thanks

    I have ordered several fountains of this type and this is by far the best. I don't use suction cups, but they really work well. This is floating in my fish pond. I did not float freely, but attached some fishing lines and a small fishing weight to the bottom of the fountain. This allows it to float "freely", but not into the shadows. I like it, the sound of the fountain is soothing. Mine is under direct sunlight in Florida. Unlike anything else here, they can withstand constant sunlight and won't fade or burn out quickly. It is also easy to clean the filter when needed.

    I purchased this pump as a replacement for a bird/bath/fountain that I had purchased a couple years ago. This pump sprayer let' s you select several types of spraying options. Works even without direct sun, I think it works great

    I have ordered the third of them and I like it very much. There is a beautiful glass bowl on my shelf, and I sit on my deck every summer. I filled it with water and put one of the solar fountains in it. The sound is so nice! ! ! ! I like that I can change it as needed, but I have my favorite setting and usually stick to that setting. Birds love it too... They pass by during the day and sit on the edge of my bowl!

    Put it in my bird bath and I am surprised how effective it is. Read the instructions and you will be fine. Several different spray patterns are good, but I didn't use them because there was wind in my place and all the water would be sprayed out.

    Works great. we will see how long it lasts. but for ten bucks I'll be happy if it lasts the summer. someone else in the reviews said they had it for 3 summer seasons. it will squirt about 12 to 16 inches in full sunlight
