    Strong and well made. The lever action is very smooth. At first I was worried about seeing the small hole through which the water passed because it was nowhere near the entire diameter of the fitting, but somehow it did not significantly restrict the flow of water. Before installing the shower head, I poured water from the pipe directly into the bucket with and without this valve, and the amount was the same. If there is any reduction, I will send it back immediately because my entire shower setup has been designed (er, hacked) to allow full traffic.

    This product was purchased to allow me to add a hand-held shower wand to my parents’ current shower head. The product is great. I am a 58-year-old woman without any plumbing experience. I watched some videos, and when the transferred person arrived, I was confident that I could do it. I was able to install it in 10 minutes without any problems. The diversion is sturdy, heavy, and well-made. I think I might need to use more Teflon tape or rubber gaskets to adjust it to prevent leakage. This is not the case. It works very well. I also installed the hand-held shower rod I bought from the website and installed it at the same time. It is also very strong, very heavy and well made

    Over the years, we have installed multiple diverter valves for hand showers in the main bathroom, but they have always been of the "push-pull" type. As I get older, my hands will encounter some more difficult things. Trying to use old-style valves is one of them. This valve has a simple "twisted" arm that can be transformed from a shower head to a handheld device, making it easier to use. It is also very easy to install, which is great for people like me who are "not very hands-on". Remember to use a little Teflon tape around the threads to prevent minor leaks.

    Great valve. Quality construction. I now take these are all of our four bathrooms. The completion is very matched with our existing device. I like that it allows you to adjust the shunt so that you can change the pressure between two connected shower heads. I grew up on old push-pull machines that only allowed one or the other to work and were inevitably difficult to operate. These shunts can be easily adjusted. The valve has no restrictions. It is believed that these restricted persons must have never opened the actual shower or sink valve to see how small the water hole in the valve is actually. Of course, this is not a complete ball valve, just like you might put it on the waterline.

    I live in a house with my own well. My pressure in the house is much lower than the municipal supply system. I also want to know the pressure I will get from the shower head after installing this device-no problem! In fact, it It actually seems better than before. Installation using the provided plumber's tape and rubber gasket takes about 10 minutes without any leakage. I replaced a leaking plastic shunt, no matter what I tried to fix it.     We have low water pressure but you wouldn't know it with this showerhead! The pause button is placed perfect and shuts the water down NOW with no water dribbling. It was SO easy to install & the polish cloth was a nice bonus!

    I' ve secretly been waiting for my other showerhead to die so I could buy a new one. One word of warning: this shower head doesn' t have a wide spray setting, They are all rather narrow. Good water pressure though.

    Installed this shower head yesterday and OMG am I impressed!   A year and a half later this item is still looking and performing magnificently. Can't recommend it enough.

    These are great! the pressure is fantastic with both on, but the adhesive won' t stick on my shower wall, it' s quite frustrating. i have tried checking and changing the washer, but the leak isn' t coming from any piece that had to be put together.

    We got this for my mother-in-law to use in the shower along with the regular head that's in there. The button works great. Full stop or full flow. No complaints so far. Exactly what we needed.

    Our RV came with the factory POS showerhead. Nope. It provides a really good, consistent and strong water flow which can be adjusting in a number of ways to your liking. Most importantly, the ON-OFF switch works! It's a winner!
