I have frozen bananas and strawberries because I was looking forward to the arrival of my Yonanas, so I immediately used it. Within 30 minutes after eating the first bowl of bananas/strawberries, I visited the Yonanas website (the website is sold out) and ordered 4 for my kids! A frozen banana and 3/4 cup of frozen strawberries make a large bowl, which I share with my husband. All 4 kids reported that they were shocked by it-they liked it very much! My youngest child has an 8-year-old and a 2-year-old. They have "ice cream" every night after dinner. She is happy to follow it because she knows it is healthier than store-bought sweetened ice cream. She said that she had tried frozen peaches. She didn't like it, but the children liked it. Other reviews mentioned wasted product stuck inside, but I found it to be no big deal. It is only a small amount and it is easy to scrape into the bowl. I also saw some complaints about the noise-again, no big deal-it only takes a minute or two to make a bowl, so I can bear it. Its sound is not louder than a mixer. All in all, I love this machine, my children and grandchildren love it, and I will recommend it all day long!

This is an amazing machine. I can't explain how skeptical I am about Yonana. I can't explain how much I am wrong. This machine is much better than I thought. I find that the final product is more like ice cream than some low-fat ice cream you buy in the store. It is delicious. In fact, you can enjoy the desert without adding any sugar or fat, which is just an additional benefit.

This is a real scientific miracle, using fruits to magically produce the perfect frozen yogurt, yes, yes, amazing. It surprised me how similar it is to real ice cream. If you put a bowl in front of me, I dare say I would not recognize it as the true ingredient of pure fruit. I can confidently say that this amazing frozen yogurt makes you feel healthy and full, just like you just ate a bowl of ice cream... for breakfast. I will not be ashamed to admit that this is the breakfast of my dreams, but I have insisted on breakfast for dignity until now my friends.

I LOVE this gadget! What a great way to get more fruit (and maybe veggies?) with absolutely nothing else added in! My grandkids love it, they prefer this to regular ice cream. Just freeze the fruit, let it sit out for a few minutes, then push it down the hopper. A serrated blade inside shaves frozen layers which come out on your cup below. We have tried strawberries, fresh pineapple (our favorite), blueberries, cherries (pitted), grapes, bamanas or any combination of fruit will work. I'm sure the frozen fruit from the grocery store would be good too. It's very easy to clean, everything comes apart for rinsing and is reassembled very easily. There's a good bit still inside that can be salvaged, just rinse and put back together for next time!I HIGHLY recommend this item for all ages!

I bought this as a gift for my 12 year old child who likes healthy smoothies and frozen fruits. This is a simple setting, very easy and safe for her. Frozen fruit has no added sugar or additives. Depending on the fruit she uses, it will be creamy like ice cream or sorbet. The only downside-it is loud, but within my acceptable range...like it.

I actually find the end product to be more like ice cream than some of the low-fat ice creams you buy in the store. It is delicious. The fact that you can have desert without any added sugar and fat is just total bonus.
