    It works wonderfully in the louisiana heat. the fan does make a bit of noise, but when set to the low second setting, it's tolerable. it can be powered using a solar usb power source, consuming around 7 watts of power. it's great for power outages during hurricanes if you have ice.

    This fan is undoubtedly nice, but i have reservations about its value at $60. personally, i feel it should be priced in the range of $30-$40, considering the level of airflow it delivers... unless there's a justifiable reason for its current price, i find it somewhat unreasonable for a fan.
