    Not sure if it was just because my old bottom head was a few years old, but this made a more noticeable difference than I would have expected. Very pleased

    Im yet to learn what to listen to when experimenting with different reso heads so im not gonna pretend like i hear a difference. 5 starts for it not breaking when i put it on.

    If you are using stock heads on your snare drum, please PLEASE switch it now to this head. It utilizes the snare wires like no other and really gets you some great response. There is no other head I would ever use.

    I have a tricky intermediate level Yamaha steel snare that can be hard to get good tunings on. Part of the reason was I was using an old resonant head from the factory that was way too worn in. Now it sounds great and I can find comfortable sounds from the low to high register with ease.
