    This workout is both fun and unique-something I've never encountered before. Installation and use are simple, and it feels more like a game than a traditional workout. My kids can use it safely, too!

    I initially purchased this item, but the top button was defective. I ordered a replacement, but the same issue persisted, plus the cover for the buttons was loose and wouldn't stay in place. I'm quite frustrated as I've now faced the same issues with two units. Definitely look for a more reliable brand; my experience wasn't just a one-time fluke.

    This workout will definitely tire you out! Regular punches don't count; you need to put some force into it. I wouldn't recommend installing it in an apartment because the noise might disturb neighbors. It's a fantastic exercise tool for everyone.

    I'm thrilled with this product! It's easy to hang and quite durable. The boxing gloves fit well (I have small hands), and the instructions are straightforward. It charges quickly and comes with a charging cable and gloves. I got a great workout while chasing the light to punch, losing track of time. My arms were sore and I worked up a sweat!

    This is ideal for my eight year old and seven year old, and the adjustable Velcro is great for me (5ft) and my husband (6ft). The sound quality is decent, but we use headphones so it's not a big issue. Assembly was a breeze with clear instructions. Highly recommend!

    My daughter is a big fan of boxing, and I use it too. However, the double-sided Velcro for wall mounting didn't hold well, so I ended up securing it permanently because it kept falling off.

    These exercise tools looked intriguing on social media, but I was unsure if they actually worked. This one definitely does. It was simple to set up and has an adjustable height feature that's easy to use. You can easily switch between different users and heights by removing and reattaching it to the wall.
