    I suspect that I received a refurbished unit that slipped through the quality control inspection process. The informational display panel was consistently blank, displaying no date, time, messages, or received calls-simply nothing.

    Purchased this phone specifically for my elderly mother, and it suits her perfectly. It's user-friendly with large numbers. The only downside is the small speed dial key. It would be more convenient if it were slightly larger or had a distinct color for easy identification. We resolved this by attaching a red sticker to it, enabling her to locate it quickly.

    I'm genuinely fond of this phone and its color. Nevertheless, when using the speakerphone feature, I often find myself wishing I could increase the volume of the person I am listening to, as they tend to be quieter than I desire. Despite this minor inconvenience, I am overall very satisfied with this phone. It boasts an appealing design and offers a multitude of features.

    Look no further, this is the phone you need! While it offers all the standard features of a reliable answering machine/phone, what truly sets it apart are the large letter display and excellent speaker sound. All in all, it's an outstanding phone.

    Finally, no more searching for reading glasses whenever the phone rings. The display light and font size are clearly visible when standing. The buttons are large and the programming is straightforward with intuitive buttons. It has a loud volume option, if necessary. What else can I say? It's a landline phone, and since we're admitting to getting older, it suits us perfectly!

    The phone is mounted on my mother-in-law's wall, and she adores it due to the large numbers and LCD screen. The only issue I encountered is that the provided power supply cord has a BLACK wire connecting the phone to the 110-volt plug, whereas it should ideally match the phone's color and be WHITE.

    I bought this product specifically for its backlit display. It's an easy solution while I wait to have my cataracts removed. The caller information screen is sharp and vibrant, and the color is far superior to the typical gray-on-gray displays. Furthermore, it won't fade over time like battery-powered displays.

    I absolutely adore the large numbers on this phone, and it has been functioning perfectly thus far. I've only had it for around 3 months. I'm still getting familiar with some of the features, but overall, it's quite straightforward. However, I do feel that a longer cord is necessary as the one it comes with is rather short! The big illuminated display is a definite plus!

    I find the settings difficult to understand, and when I attempt to make corrections and follow the instructions, it becomes quite challenging. I wish it were more like the way phones used to be, with simple instructions and fewer buttons. I'm more accustomed to the old-school style. I would take a picture, but my daughter accidentally broke my camera, so I need to get another one.

    The buttons for dialing require considerable force to press. There is no external volume control, although the volume can be adjusted for both the ringer and the handset. However, discovering how to do so required reading the manual, as it is not intuitive.
