    This is very well made and comfortable to hold and to hit. I got it so my 6 year old son could practice his Taekwondo and he loves it. I know we will get a lot of years of use out of it.

    We purchased this so that my kids could practices their kicks and punches for taekwndo. It is easy for me to hold and great for them to kick. I would definitely recommend.

    These are working very great for my seven-year-old grandson working on his karate. Grandpa where's the pads and let's our grandson kick and punch him. They have held up to a lot of practice sessions.

    Great for power shots and overall pad work. Very good material and comfortable and easy to use while training someone. Definitely purchase two though (one for each arm). If you purchase one you’ll be doing yourself a disservice

    Harder/more stiff than I expected, that will change quickly with use. Seems like it will last 4-6 months of decent use, potentially longer. This is absolutely a great deal for the price. I bought two

    Thick enough that my wife and I can really pummel it but it doesn't hurt to hit it. The straps around back are nice. It seems to be really well made for what we paid for it.
