    I exercise every other night for 10-15 minutes after coming home from work, and I can honestly see a noticeable difference in my thighs! They appear more toned, despite not working out for a lengthy period! I purchased this around 2 months ago.

    I've initiated a return process because the steps don't actually move up and down, regardless of the tension setting. You can manually make them move by using your hands, but that defeats the purpose. It's worth noting that the product is made in China.

    The frame arrived bent, and there was a large screw missing at the bottom. It would have been easy to replace if the frame wasn't bent. The box was opened from the moment it was delivered. It was completely open.

    This little machine is fantastic. It's ready to use straight out of the box and incredibly convenient to use while watching TV. My only challenge is getting my husband to stop using it so I can have my turn! ;-) I highly recommend it.

    Despite exercising regularly and being in good health, I found this stepper extremely difficult to use. Adjusting it and getting the pedals going proved to be quite challenging. Overall, it wasn't worth the money I spent on it.

    I had a similar stepper a long time ago, back in 2006. Unfortunately, I left it behind when I moved. Now, I'm in need of another one for my exercise room, especially since I had right knee surgery in 2012. This stepper can greatly assist in rehabilitating my knee and aiding in weight loss.
