    This vest is excellent for push-ups, chin-ups, pull-ups, and dips. However, it may not be the best choice for sit-ups and crunches. Nonetheless, it perfectly serves my intended purposes and is reasonably priced.

    The size of the vest is just right. The one-pound sand packs are leak-proof, and inserting them into the vest is relatively straightforward. I began with five pounds, following the recommended approach of gradually increasing the weight.

    I've been using this vest daily ever since I purchased it (a couple of months ago for my nightly walks ranging from 2-4 miles). Although inserting the weight pouches into the vest was a bit of a hassle initially, it has proven to be incredibly durable, surpassing my expectations considering its remarkably affordable price. If you're looking for a weight vest, don't hesitate to buy this one.

    I purchased this vest specifically for the Murph workout at CrossFit, and it turned out to be an excellent vest at an affordable price. While it can be a bit bothersome to insert all the sandbags into the pockets initially, once assembled, it becomes a great vest. It securely fastens with Velcro and comes highly recommended for any CrossFitter.

    Upon arrival, the vest is empty, and you are required to fill the pockets with sand pouches, as far as I can tell. Nevertheless, I found the process to be straightforward and comprehensible, and the vest itself is comfortable to wear.

    This vest is exceptionally comfortable to wear, although I did encounter some minor difficulty inserting the pouches, which took me approximately 15 minutes to complete. Once inserted, it fits snugly and even features a front pocket for conveniently storing a cell phone. Overall, it's an excellent product offered at a reasonable price.
