    bought these to upgrade the mechanical disc brakes on my fat tire eBike. Easy to install, but the rear took a bit more time to adjust. Front brake performance is much improved, while rear seems about the same. The bike is heavy (eBike with battery is over 55lbs) and I'm not skinny so there's a lot to stop. These do the job well. Cheap upgrade yields great results. Just have to find the pads for these.

    I ordered these and then returned them because one is for the front brake, the other for the rear brake. The calipers are identical, but the mounting brackets are different. Also, if ordering disc brakes for 180mm or 203mm rotors, the calipers are all the same, but the mounting brackets are not.Make sure you order the right mounting brackets.

    These are awesome, easy to install, good breaking power, and most important quiet. No squeaking from the brakes rubbing. The ebike I have came with mechanical disc breaks and no matter how much adjusting or sanding a bit of the break pads I could not get rid of the noise at high speeds.This is a must have upgrade if you have mechanical disc brakes.

    I recently installed these on my son's new big box store mountain bike. He hasn't ridden the bike yet. but I tested these brakes out. They are phenomenal! The build quality appears great. I mounted them onto the existing brake mounts with the existing hardware. The mounts supplied may or may not fit your bike/rotors. but if you already have disc brakes. these will fit with your existing mounts. I linked these brakes up with Avid FR-5 brake levers. and it should be perfect for his little 7 year old hands. I'm always skeptical about going off brand on bike components. especially safety critical ones like brakes. These appear and feel very reliable. I won't hesitate to recommend these to other mech disc brake users as an alternative upgrade to full hydraulic. I'm very pleased!
