This helmet is great. I have had a crash where I didn't absolutely whack my head, but it did hit the ground and I was fine. It's comfortable, vents well, and has holes in the perfect places for stretching your head if it gets itchy. My only criticisms for this helmet is the adjustment process is not very easy. It was a pain to move the straps in all the right places to get it to fit right. My other problem is there is no good place for a GoPro mount. The front visor is angled in the middle as is the rest of the helmet so the mount in my pictures does not sit fully flush on the visor, but it is good enough to stay on.

I ended up having my worst crash so far while wearing this helmet, hit a jump awkwardly and ended up tumbling OTB sliding on my right shoulder towards a tree, my head hit the tree. I'm fairly sure this helmet saved me from any sort of head injury other than a slight mark on my forhead where the helmet scraped forward. When i landed awkward on my shoulder i actually dislocated it, was not a great time. But my head was mostly okay! I ended up throwing the helmet out after the crash cause the foam cracked from the impact as it is made to. I would definitely get this helmet again

I don't really leave many reviews unless a product helps me. This one definitely helped me during a bad crash. It still works but for safety I'm ordering another to replace my damaged one to keep being protected. I walked away from a bad accident wearing this helmet flipping over my bike slamming onto my head. I have no concussions or serious pain besides a black eye so I am grateful for this product. I will definitely recommend this to other riders. Stay safe out on the roads.

I am always a little apprehensive about getting cheaper priced products for safety, but I'm a cheapskate. I bought this helmet because it had a great price and it also looked more like legitimate mountain bike gear. Sure the ventilation isn't as great as helmets that are 5-10 times as much or it doesn't have the same sex appeal, but it served its purpose!
