Okay, I gave this five stars for tech support, material quality and storage capacity even though none of those are relevant since I didn't need tech support and there is no storage. But, I'm happy with the results so I didn't want to give low reviews. This was very easy to use. I bought this with a new SSD for my laptop. I dropped the old drive, along with the new one in this device, pressed a button a couple times then just waited for it to complete. I put the new drive in my laptop and the computer started working better than it did when it was new. All in all, very easy to use.

Easy enough for anyone to make a duplicate of your computer HHD. I used it to update to more reliable and faster SSD drive. Several free programs available. I used EaseUS Todo backup. Just do a search online on how to duplicate HHD to SSD drive. I chose the PCguide.com directions. So EASY. Depending on the size of your hard drive in use it took me about 45 minutes. Just make sure the new drive has enough space to copy it. I was afraid to do it but was so simple that I have done it for 3 other computers now. Takes longer to remove old drive from the computer and put the new one in. Start up is so much faster!

This dense little appliance is a great way to make spare SATA hard drives earn their keep. It's dirt-simple to use: Connect power and USB cables, install one or more drives, flip the power switch in the back, and press the power buttons for the drives you want to use.Having a separate power button for each drive is seriously convenient.

Love this little guy! When my husband’s desktop died, we had no way to access his files, photos, music, anything at all. After a little panic, I found this little jewel. It got here quickly. There was literally no setup, just plug and play. We took the hard drive out of the desktop, plugged it in, and transferred all his files to his new desktop. No problem at all, quick and very easy!
