I've been using this wireless ergonomic mouse for a month now and am very happy with it. I've been using a wired version of the same ergo design from Perixx for two years and both have worked out great for me. My hands are small but I don't have any issues with clicking or with the wheel. I tend to get pain in my wrists from using conventional mouse designs but after switching to this ergo mouse, I no longer have issues with it.

I have been using this mouse for a few weeks and it works very well. It does take a while to get used to, but the ergonomic design has really benefited me.

I work in a very busy practice, and the ergonomic design of this mouse makes a lot of sense. After a busy day at work, my wrists are not as tired as before. I am very grateful.

The way the mouse moves will be different because it is a vertical mouse rather than a horizontal mouse. Once you learn how to use it, you don't want to go back to regular mouse again!

I just recently had a ligament issue and had to have my wrist fused. and I had to have a bone removed from my thumb due to arthritis issues.so far the only issue I have had is that the enter button misses once in a while but on the whole I quite satisfied. using a mouse is still difficult for me and adapting to this style of mouse is the only option that i see as appropriated. I have use roller ball mice, and wireless mice but because my inability to bend my wrist I needed a mouse such as this. I cannot tell you about longevity. I have a a mouse that has worked for me for 20 years so I will with hold evaluating it on that level.

While other reviewers site the location of the mode switch being poorly positioned, I disagree, i find it to be well placed and allows me quick switching between laptop and tablet. This week I have used it for multiple hours working on a spreadsheet that had a customer imposed deadline, I was able to complete through bouncing back and forth collecting info and transferring between machines. My wrist is feeling much better than when I have the traditional mouse in play too. Three levels of fine-tuning also let me determine how much time I need to spend overshooting the cell i need to click that cell too. Overall, I wish I had gotten this or one like it much sooner. I really like this mouse!

When my Microsoft Optical Wheel Mouse stopped working, I resorted to the wireless Microsoft mouse I used with my laptop. I like the ease of a wireless mouse (no wire to contend with) but that became a headache when I had to change the batteries more times than I wanted (thanks to my PC gaming twins that also use my computer.) My husband uses a Kensington trackball mouse and suggested I look into the brand. After reading mostly positive reviews, I took the plunge and bought this mouse-in-a-box. I have no complaints at all.

As a mouse for regular desktop use, it's great. Love that it's bluetooth, so I don't need to waste a USB port with another weak, stubby transmitter. That said, it's longer than a typical mouse, extending down into your palm, which changes its movement footprint. If you have a wrist rest for your mouse, you'll find the near edge bumping into it a lot. In addition, if you lift your mouse up to reposition the pointer a lot, it's not as easy to grip because of the sloped sides, which makes it less than ideal for gaming. You can tilt to the right instead, but it takes getting used to.

Love this mouse. This is my second one(owned previous model) I have had carpal-tunnel for over 10 yrs. This mouse has been a blessing. Not only was it a good mouse but I could use it for an hour and not have my hand go numb. The previous model my have had minor issues with the wheel but it never caused me any issues. The previous mouse lasted my several years and many liquid spills. The fact its wireless is a great bonus. If your looking for a good mouse and have wrist issues like carpal-tunnel then this is agood buy.

I love this mouse. I work at a computer all day and used to have horrible shooting pains in my wrists and arm. I decided to try an ergonomic mouse. I've ordered several different ones to try, and the Perixx PERIMICE-513N ended up fitting my hand the best. I have medium-to-large hands and others were tilted too little or too far, not big enough, or didn't support my little finger well to keep the weight off the edge of my palm. After a couple weeks use with this mouse, the pain was gone completely. I can't recommend it enough.

I work from home 8 hours a day at minimum and then stream and play video games at night in my spare time. I use my computer a lot and my mouse is one of those items that is super necessary. The problem is, I have MS and arthritis to boot. My hands and wrist get incredibly sore very quickly. Switching to this mouse was a huge improvement and I can work and play video games without much pain at all. It's still there obviously but it's much much better. The mouse has been reliable and I find it great to game with. I play LoL quite a bit and I'm happy with the performance and accuracy. I'd recommend this to anybody who spends a lot of time using a mouse. It will really help with pain.

I purchased this mouse to get away from using the trackpad on my laptop after noticing that this was causing me pain. As a hand therapist who often advises patients to use an ergonomic mouse over a trackpad I figured it was time to practice what I preach. There are so many different ergonomic mice out there and from the handful I’ve tried, I’d have to say this one is great especially for the price. My hand rests comfortably on the mouse and feels relaxed, not strained as it often does when I use a trackpad or typical mouse. I agree with other reviewers that this mouse is best for those with average to smaller hands.

I've bought three of these at this point, not because they broke, but because I love it so much. I have arthritis and needed something that put my hand in a better position. So, I bought one to use at work and really loved it and noticed the pain of using a mouse almost completely went away (I still get fatigued with repetitive motions by the end of the day, but that is unavoidable). Work ended up reimbursing me for the cost, so I leave it at work to use there. I then bought one to use at home so I had the same thing here. My husband tried it out and loved it, so we bought one for him to use at work.

Highly recommend purchasing this mouse if you're considering it! I bought it about a month ago because I was starting to get a lot of pain in my right wrist and hand. This was probably from spending a lot of time at the computer because I didn't have any similar pain in my left hand, which would be logical if the pain were from some other activity, such as weightlifting. I'm currently a doctoral student, and I spend 8-12 hours per day at my computer, using a mouse. The pain in my wrist and hand has reduced significantly since I started using this mouse.

Purchased to replace another vertical multi-device mouse that had the device switch on the bottom. I greatly prefer this one - it's super quick to switch between devices and I don't have any issues with accidentally hitting that switch. I finally gave up on the other one w/ the bottom switch and went back to multiple mice because flipping it over was a pain. No more - down to one mouse on my desk aga.

I'm pleasantly surprised at this mouse. I had been using a regular wireless cheap ergonomic mouse for gaming and I could tell it was hindering me. I did not think an actual ergonomic gaming mouse existed but here it is. I knew it would be better than my other mouse but I didn't think it would be as good as it is. The size and shape is perfect and I have big hands. The weight is good and overall it tracks and performs great.
