    I already owned one of these frames, and I decided to give this one to my daughter because it can be tiresome to view small photos on a phone. With this frame, you can easily send any type of photo and most videos to the 10.1-inch display. If you can view it on your phone, chances are you can send it to this frame (although there may be a size limit). The process is simple, and the setup is easy, as long as you carefully follow the directions. I believe this won't be the last frame of this kind that I'll have I'm already contemplating getting another one for myself since the one I currently own stays next to my wife's chair and is not allowed to be moved. I give it 5 stars for being an excellent product and, surprisingly, for having a great app to operate it.

    Oh my goodness, I'm absolutely smitten with this digital frame! I bought a digital frame for my brother two years ago, but this frame surpasses it by far in terms of quality. The resolution is fantastic, and I adore the ability to adjust individual pictures right from the frame. I also appreciate the option to upload photos not only from my gallery but also directly from Google Photos. My only wish is that I could upload more than 10 pictures at a time. Nevertheless, I've already bought one for myself and two as gifts, and I definitely plan on buying more!

    I purchased this frame for my mother-in-law, and she absolutely adores it! She eagerly checks for new pictures every day when she comes home. We even added my husband's sister, who also shares pictures with her. The convenient removable SD card allows her to save or print the pictures as she pleases, and there's also an option to add a larger SD card for extra storage. While we haven't sent any videos due to their space requirements, the frame's performance in all other aspects is fantastic. The picture quality is exceptionally clear!

    This digital frame is fantastic! I've already purchased two as gifts. Since my mom can't visit often, I can easily upload pictures to her frame from anywhere, and she can see them immediately. The quality is superb, and it's incredibly user-friendly. I'm extremely satisfied!

    I purchased this frame as a gift and liked it so much that I decided to buy one for myself. However, after about 4 months of use, it started displaying random vertical lines that would bounce around in the photos. I reached out to customer service, and after exchanging a few emails, they sent me a brand new frame. They were very cooperative, and I'm delighted to have a properly functioning frame now.

    I purchased three of these frames for Mother's Day (I kept one for myself), and they were an enormous success! I managed to load between 400-680 pictures on each frame relatively quickly. If you set them all up first, you can add the same single picture or group of pictures to multiple frames. I'm now contemplating buying more frames so that I can finally display all the photos from different stages of my life that have been languishing in boxes.

    I really appreciate the fact that my mom, who lives in an assisted facility, can receive photos from her kids and grandkids all across the country. However, when selecting a photo from your phone, make sure it is a distant shot because the frame tends to crop out a large portion of the image.

    I purchased this to download photos of my children and grandchildren. It worked perfectly for 4 months, but then it started displaying error messages. I attempted to reboot it as per the on-screen instructions, but it never worked. Eventually, I resorted to unplugging it and plugging it back in, which allows it to function for a few hours before the same issue arises again. This happens on a daily basis, and it's incredibly frustrating.

    Switching from portrait to landscape is not instantaneous, and the overall response time when using touch features on the frame is sluggish. The app could use some improvements as well I encountered issues where pictures were uploaded twice. Additionally, Apple Live Photos are displayed as still frames. However, overall, it's not a bad product.

    I was delighted to receive this frame, Furthermore, it takes hours to upload my photos, despite having a relatively fast internet speed. I can't figure out why this is happening. I might have to return it and look for an alternative from a different company. So far, I'm not satisfied with this purchase.
