This is a professional welding tool that can effectively protect the eyes and refrain welding fumes when welding, but will not block the welding sight.

Features:
The safe structure design adopts a world famous style and conforms to the ergonomic principle, has sufficient internal space, which makes it easy to operate and comfortable to wear. The soft helmet housing material is resistant to high and low temperatures, corrosion resistance, flame-retardant and light-proof with high strength.
Fine quality liquid crystal optical coating protects welding operator from harmful rays such as ultraviolets rays and infrared rays, etc (level of protection: 16#).
The original design of automatic transform technology is uesd of controlling circuit, which makes it possible for goggles to be able to react to the arcin 3/10000 second and change strong light to dark light. As a result, it can protect our eyes from being injured by sudden arc.
Special design of anti-interference switch avoids not seeing welding object clearly due to complicated surrounding nearby.
Dark shade DIN5-DIN9/DIN9-DIN13, stepless control, set by hand according to actual situation.
Dark to light: 0.1s-1.0s, stepless control, and can be used for cutting, grinding protection.
The goggles can be worn separately, and the buckle design is easy to remove.

Working principle:
Different with traditional passive shading lens, traditional passive shading lenses are made of various additives and pigment. ADF adopts LCD as lens, using the probe on mirror surface to probe the appearance and disappearance of arc when welding, and using the electricity to drive shading level of the LCD to achieve the goal of protecting you from harmful rays, and it also can absolutely reflect ultraviolet rays and ultrared rays. In addition, hands are thoroughly set free, welding is more accurate. Therefore, efficiency is improved.

    The concept is really interesting. I have wondered for a while if anyone made glasses for welding and it turns out it does and even with auto,darkening! I have not used them a lot but I did some MIG and Flux Core Welding with them.

    I was skeptical because these are so inexpensive but I love them. When doing lots of fitment. tacking and fabricating I dont even take them off. Real welding wear a homemade hood or your face will peel. Only used once in a tight space so far and they are perfect.
