    I used the .035.030 increased the penetration and the intercore wire worked great welded the steal axle material to the plate steal even with a small welding machine Hobart 140 110v. It's more expensive then other wire but it welds great!

    Hobbiest, ran through harbor F. At end of the day, yes I recommend this wire if your doing new builds or At least decent clean material. I just ordered my second roll, and might just buy a box next time. As for cost, stuff is a bit

    This wire is very forgiving. Just a thought, who knows. I think this wire is worth the extra money. If I was tighter for money I'd probably buy a ten pound roll and try to respool some one pound spools.

    No noticeable difference to me And as I generally use a generic brand anyway it was cheaper than waiting for the store to get the generic brand supply back in stock

    I am using this in a Harbor Freight 125 amp flux core welder that I converted over from AC to DC. It seems to work very well.

    Works perfectly in the Harbor Freight 90 amp flux core welder. Much better wire than the HF wire that comes with the welder. Seems to be less splatter and much easier to run a good bead.

    When i open the package, there was a broken piece of plastic. i have to check if this damage might affect the machine. once i check it, i will let you know.
