On Saturday, a massive windstorm knocked down a towering tree in my front yard. I arranged for a young man who has been intermittently tending to my yard for the past year or so to come and handle the fallen tree. He and his friend were scheduled to arrive today (Tuesday) around 8 or 9. However, the weather seemed a bit stormy, and I wouldn't have held it against them if they decided not to come. Nevertheless, I decided to take matters into my own hands and use my little chainsaw to do what I could to expedite their work. To my surprise, I managed to cut all the branches with foliage off the main trunk that had fallen... and I must say, it was an incredibly fun experience!

The saw is also very easy to use. It has a safety switch that you have to press before the saw will start, which is a great feature. The blade is sharp and cuts through branches like butter. I was able to prune all my trees in a fraction of the time it used to take me. The battery life is also impressive. I was able to prune all my trees on a single charge. The saw also comes with a charger, so you can easily recharge the battery when it runs out.

I was tired of using a hand saw to prune small branches and trees (less than 1 inch in diameter) that seem to sprout up everywhere. The first one worked so well that I decided to order a second one. I really appreciate the compact size, the two batteries, and the extra chains you provided. The case is very handy and, as you know, comes packed with extra chains, gloves, safety glasses, a guide bar cover wrench, and a Phillips screwdriver.

I held off on reviewing this chainsaw until I had over 10 hours of use with it. It performed excellently on the overgrown shrubs I was dealing with, cutting through both green and dead wood. I just finished cutting up a 4" pecan branch. it's so user-friendly that you might forget you're handling a chainsaw. I had to tighten the chain once, but it was a simple task with the included tool. I would give it 5 stars, but I generally don't give out perfect ratings.

I got this little beast for some yard work. Had to trim my Spanish broom bushes, which are towering over 7 feet tall. It didn't do so well with the green parts (too bendy), but it was perfect for the dead spikes (which was the main reason I was trimming - they were taking over the middle of the bushes). I could easily trim branches over an inch thick. Then I used it to tidy up all the individual spikes around the stump. This thing is a powerhouse, sharp as a tack, and light as a feather! I used up both batteries and didn't feel a hint of fatigue in my wrist or arm.

I've used this chainsaw to clear hardwood limbs and it's held up through several battery recharges. The original chain lasted through seven battery cycles before it needed sharpening. I've been lubricating it with 3-in-1 oil or WD-40. It's been able to cut limbs up to 6 inches in diameter. I would definitely buy it again.

I initially purchased this chainsaw to cut down small branches, but I decided to test it out on the branches around the power lines. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it performed. After charging the batteries, I was able to work for about 45 minutes before both batteries ran out. I wish the batteries had a longer lifespan, but overall, the chainsaw works well.

This chainsaw is hands down one of the best buys I've ever made. It's a total beast, lightweight, and the batteries pack a punch. Super easy to maneuver and efficient as heck. It's a total game-changer for trimming palms, especially Sago palms, which are more like conifers than actual palms. Trust me, grab one and you won't regret it.

This saw is a champ for chopping off limbs and branches, even the pretty hefty ones. The battery life doesn't disappoint. It's compact and light as a feather, but don't let that fool you, it's tough enough to handle a good amount of work. The one thing it's missing is a bar oiler, that's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. It comes with a skinny brush, kinda like a paintbrush, for slapping some bar oil onto the chain and bar. You gotta pause your work and reapply every now and then. But even with this minor hiccup, I'd totally recommend this saw to anyone who's constantly dealing with branches and limbs.
