    I purchased this stand to replace one with a ball-head that allowed the microscope to shift, making it a nightmare to get it perpendicular to the base. This one does the trick and adds a geared vertical positioned. I couldn't be happier!

    I needed a holder that allowed me to easily adjust the vertical position for focusing, for a USB microscope. I am very happy with this, it is higher quality that I expected given the price.

    Perfect stand for my USB microscope. All metal construction, smooth rack and pinon action and no flex with the USB camera mounted. If you own a USB microscope with one of those cheap stands, this will improve your scopes stability and allow for really fine focus adjustments.

    I wish I had found this earlier. I spent money on plastic stand and it didn't work as I expected. But this made up for all the shortcomings. Absolutely what I needed.

    Perfect stand for my USB microscope. All metal construction. smooth rack and pinon action and no flex with the USB camera mounted. If you own a USB microscope with one of those cheap stands. this will improve your scopes stability and allow for really fine focus adjustments.
