My husband never snores. It didn't know where it came from, and it was terrible. If I escape to the guest room, he will be insulted, but if I don't, I will wake up all night. He tried many over-the-counter attempts to reduce snoring, but to no avail. We eventually took him to the doctor to rule out sleep apnea, and I think he must have it. He didn't. The doctor suggested that he try the anti-snoring mouthpiece-help stop snoring-the original anti-snoring solution. I was surprised by the result. Since we bought it, he hasn't snore for a month. For anyone affected by snoring, this is a must try. He did say that he was uncomfortable wearing it, but my hunch was that his discomfort did not match the discomfort of my lack of sleep, so he wore it every night.

I purchased this myself and installed it correctly according to the instructions. It is comfortable to wear overnight, although I do need to trim some rough edges that bother my tongue (this is what the guide suggests). My husband reported that I was still snoring. What I really like is that I breathe easier when I sleep, and my sleep quality has definitely improved. I felt more rested the next day-I no longer felt tired when I woke up. So, although it can't stop me from snoring, I am still happy that I bought it.

I have used this device for about five weeks to control troublesome snoring. My snoring was resolved quickly, and my wife was very happy. The equipment wears out a little after normal use. However, I am very happy to replace it because it is very beneficial. I highly recommend the professionally manufactured high-quality snoring device. The instructions provided with the device are easy to understand.

I have severe sleep apnea. My husband said that when I used pure sleep, I didn't stop breathing or snoring. My lung specialist wants me to wear C-pak, but I can’t. I asked him if he could make me wear pure sleep for another sleep apnea test. We did it, and now my sleep apnea is very mild. I put on my braces every night, don't snore, stop breathing, I feel rested in the morning. I just bought two more, one for my brother and one for my sister-in-law. They like it
