First of all, if you have cats, please get any pet fountains. My vet explained that cats do not deliberately seek water when they are thirsty. This is not the way nature designed them (that's why their pee is very smelly-usually very concentrated). They are "opportunistic" drinkers, so when they are thirsty, the more places they go, the healthier they are and the less likely they are to develop urinary tract infections and kidney problems! Having said that, I am very satisfied with this fountain. All my cats use it-I put it on the second floor because they always have a bowl of water and their food is on the first floor. Some people like the water that flows down from the "flower", and some people like the water that is served on the dishes. Seriously, would you rather drink fresh water than stale water? and also? Dogs use it too (I swear cats show me dirty things because, hey, she drools, so I clean it often). This is not to say that my cat still doesn't help themselves to drink my bedside cup of water, but after understanding how important it is to ensure that they have multiple opportunities to drink when they are thirsty, I just try to remember not to drink that cup in the morning!

This is the best pet fountain I have ever gotten! Before this, we have passed about 10! This fountain is easy to set up, easy to replace the filter, and most importantly...the design is such that pet hair will not enter the bottom of the water because the filter traps it at the top! This is a huge advantage because I have a long-haired cat! I attached the video, you see my cat likes it! They drink more water from this fountain than anywhere else! They like it! !

This little fountain has everything. Super easy to assemble, water spray on the top, large water capacity, colorful lights. My dog is always in the sink every time I turn on the water, so now they have their own fountain basin. My dog also likes running water. I personally like the sound of water, but the sound is so quiet that I cannot hear it running. For those who like to be quiet, this is what you want.

It does provide my cat with different drinking options-directly from flowers, falling water and bases. The biggest disadvantage is that it needs to be cleaned several times a week to keep it clean. The light can attract the cat’s interest, and can quickly browse the remaining water. The sound of falling into the water was obvious. There are other quieter fountains. But the price is still very good

Before we bought this, I didn't know how cats liked running water. Our 17-year-old cat is more alert and healthy than before because we think he is not drinking enough water from the ordinary water tray and is a little dehydrated. Both cats like it very much. I didn't even realize that these were available until my friend told me that cats and puppies like this fountain, so I bought this one and it turns out he was right!

This is amazing. Installation is simple and easy to install several accessories together. My favorite is the color change-night light. The second is water flow, and the water stays cool. Not warm. My kitten tastes refreshing, a fountain that is very attractive. My cat is spoiled and has been using it for 4 days now, and there are no problems. I recommend this product.

Our four cats love this fountain! We do the same-it looks neat and higher from the ground, so the possibility of fur and other debris falling into the water is much less, and most importantly, it is very quiet. But for cleanliness, I still often change the water for my cat, which is not troublesome for me. On the contrary I feel healthier

So far, this pet fountain is very good. Easy to set up, the cat has already drank more water. The purchase is to make my male cat drink more water to help solve urinary problems, and it is already helping him drink more water. He likes the water function of the flower fountain.

My cat absolutely loves their new fountain. He has always liked to drink with a running faucet, and now he is sitting by the fountain and can drink slowly. good results! Very quiet, the water stays cool and clean. My only problem is that one of my cats likes to play in the water. He moves his water bowl on the floor, pours his toys into it, and actually puts his two front paws in when drinking water. But I am still very happy that he likes his new fountain so much. Great product!

It's much easier to use this fountain than to constantly refill her tank, and I think she drinks more water from this fountain. We live in Arizona and you really want to stay well hydrated and we want our pets to stay well hydrated. This fountain is very convenient. The filter helps remove dust here and also helps my dog get her water dirty as some food or hair gets into the water when she just has a bowl. I found that I only needed to change her fountain about every three days. I poured a bunch of ice in it. You should install a new filter every three weeks, but I do it at the end of every month - otherwise I'll never remember when I should. I think that's the best time to do a thorough cleaning. Cleaning and changing the filter is very easy. I am really happy to have it. The only thing I would improve is to make the filter easier to find. I've found that fountain filters work well too, and have used them.

I have other water dispenser bowls but recently one of my cats decided to take the top off of it and the water was all over the place so I invested in this one. While I'm disappointed that I can't get another filter for the fountain that I already have, I've been very impressed with this product. The top is flat, so no pets will knock the top off. I have two dogs and two cats and they both drink water from the fountain. Because cats like to drink from the faucet, the fountain on it mimics the fountain of the faucet. It says to clean every two weeks. I did wash it and wash the filter, but I haven't quite taken it apart and cleaned it. This also saves space. I don't use pads because my pets are dirty, so I already have a tray that collects more water. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.

It's been a great little fountain so far. My kitten adapted quickly and has been happy. I also found my 3 year old drinking it because the kittens were drinking it. I haven't done cleaning as it keeps breaking, just out of the box cleaning and it's simple. I really wish there was a better way to install filters. I placed the filter flat side down (assuming this is correct). All other directions are easy to follow, or you don't need them at all. I've recommended it to some family members who have cats because it's quiet and blue light is good. I haven't tested auto-off if it gets low, but I think it's a great feature. I've tried different ways to get the water flowing, I think my kitty prefers daisy flowers, so here's what I'm thinking now.

This is my second Dorgit fountain. I did the first in about three years. . . The water pump broke and I found it cheaper to buy a new fountain. I love this fountain. Both my cats and dogs love it. I think my cat drinks more because of this fountain. Sometimes she would sit in front of it and watch the water. I clean it once a week to make sure the pump is free of cat or dog fur. The filter is a must (that's how it was the last time I pumped), without a filter, all cat and dog hair goes into the pump. The filter I give you is longer than what is recommended on the packaging, but I do a thorough cleaning once a week, maybe 5-6 weeks at a time, sometimes longer. You can tell when a change is needed, a little dirty. I will buy this again and again if needed.

I used to have a water dispenser at this company and my cat and I loved it, so I was thinking of adding one in another location. This fountain is square instead of round, it looks a bit big and the shape is easy for cats to drink. It has two faucets to choose from, both of which produce great water flow, and one of them also has air bubbles in the center. It's very quiet until it gets low and then it makes a soft bubbling sound. It has a pad to put underneath to catch any messy kitty drips. It has a purple light that makes a nice night light, when the water level gets too low it turns red before shutting off so it doesn't burn out the motor, and a clear window to see the water level . Easy to clean, it comes with a brush, and there are three filters and a foam filter. My cat and I would recommend this fountain to anyone who wants to make their kittens drink more water.

We still love them! Seriously, clean your pumps because after a year both of us are still working like new. Once a week, we scrub the dishes, clean the pump screen, and remove the magnetic impeller to remove any dirt that may have built up. During the week we will keep the bowl covered in case the pump dries out. With simple, proper care, these can last a long time, and if you get the pump screen clogged or the impeller stuck, the pump will die. If the water level is too low, the pump will freeze. Review on the first day. Yes, it uses a pump. Yes, all little pumps suck and fail. They fail for the simple reason of being either hot or clogged. If you let the unit run out of water, the pump will burn itself to death. If you refuse to clean your pump every week or at most every two weeks, it will die prematurely. So far the unit is working fine. The water pump is almost silent. It holds a ton of water and I don't see how it could be leaking. If the drain hole at the top is clogged and the pump is constantly sucking water out of the pool, it will leak. Clean your unit and you won't have any problems. So far my cat loves it. As time goes on, I will make this review.

I really like this fountain. It holds plenty of water, and the flowers on top provide plenty of water flow for animals. All my cats and dogs fell in love right away. Floor mats help keep water off the ground, which is helpful. The stainless steel top works with the filter pad inside to make the water cleaner. The stainless steel top is also wide so animals can easily drink from the top or flowers. I find that I only need to clean the inside of the machine every two weeks. Super easy to clean and assemble. And as you can see in the photo, this is the second one I've bought from this company. The new one (left) is shaped more like an oval than a circle and comes with two different flower top options. Both corollas work well. It holds about the same amount of water as the other, maybe a little more, and is very quiet. Even quieter than the first model I bought (the first model didn't make much noise). Another one I've had for over a year now and it's still as good as when I bought it. I have four cats and a dog, so having two really helps. With two machines, I only need to top up the water every other day, which is fine. I am very happy with this new machine.

After filling his bowl for the fifth time in one night, I looked online to see if there was a bigger bowl and landed on this beauty. 3 weeks - 1 week of rehydration - 1 month to clean parts (up to 5 minutes) - cheap to replace the filter, low maintenance, 3 times a week instead of 3-5 times a night is a good thing! I have recommended these to all my friends and they love them too. Still works like a horse! I love this fountain. I have to top up the water every other day, but my son is bigger now and loves his water. Side note: he sometimes likes to put his toys here. Still worth it.

This is the second fresh and clear fountain I have bought. The first pump stopped working so I looked for a replacement. When I found the replacement he said it was more than just a fountain! So I bought another one. Sounds silly, right. I'll give them another chance and hope they won't be disappointed. My dog and cat love it. It has a lot of water and can stay clean and fresh for a week or so, depending on how many pets are drinking it and how sloppy they are. Cleaning is easy, but you have to use it carefully. Don't use anything that might scratch the plastic, it can breed bacteria and make it harder to clean. I use a sponge covered in microfiber. Regular sponges are easily shredded on sharp edges. To clean hard-to-reach centers, cut the sponge into thirds and only use it to clean tight spaces where larger sponges won't fit. It really helps if you use a hemostat to hold the little sponge in place. **I have some suggestions that may extend the life of the pump** Frequently, change or clean the filter. If the pump inlet is blocked, the pump may be damaged. To clean the pump, gently remove the grille to remove it, remove the cover on the impeller and the impeller itself. Clean the hole from the impeller with a cotton swab. Clean every part of the pump and reassemble. I use an old toothbrush to clean small cracks. Don't let the bowl dry out. This will overheat the pump. When the water is full, unplug the pump and remove the top of the funnel so you can see the filter. Clean or replace the filter if necessary. Fill water from the side above the filter, not from the opening above the pump. Replace the top and plug it back in.
