    It's not great for cleaning grout, I still prefer to use a toothbrush. It's great for disinfecting, though, and works best with distilled water, which is great for cleaning really tough stains like grout, but it's very effective at disinfecting and removing bacteria, especially with distilled water.

    I chose this brand for safety reasons, but the actual effect is not ideal. It takes several hours to clean a small area and I have to add water many times. Although the safety is good, the cleaning efficiency is not high. Each time I clean, I need to add water many times, and the cleaning time is very long. The overall experience is not satisfactory and I feel it is not very cost-effective.

    Unfortunately, the hose melted on the first use, and the steam leaked, causing burns, which was very disappointing. Poor manufacturing quality and safety hazards. The quality of the hose is clearly substandard, resulting in not only poor cleaning results when used, but also potential safety issues. This is a serious problem and I hope the manufacturer can improve the quality of the product.

    It heats up very quickly and runs smoothly, but the buttons are a bit uncomfortable for my thumb after long periods of use. I would recommend improving the button design.
