    I was very satisfied with this steam cleaner after the first use. It easily removed stubborn soap scum from my shower. However, be cautious with the brass head as it gets very hot. For safety, I recommend wearing gloves while using it, but overall, the performance was excellent.

    I'm very disappointed with this steam cleaner. It overheated and was unsafe to use, especially because the steam jet was difficult to control. The instructions were also unclear, which made using it frustrating. I would not recommend this product.
