This is an excellent throne suitable for a wide range of users. The bolt-through design ensures consistent height adjustment and stability during transport, preventing the throne from sinking during use. However, there's a drawback: the small components like the metal ring and decorative piece are prone to being misplaced when disassembling the throne. Aside from that, the seat cushion is exceptionally comfortable, and the legs easily support my weight of 270 lbs without any noticeable issues. I highly recommend it to nearly anyone.

I received this as a Golden Box item to upgrade from my inexpensive throne for Rock Band. It's unquestionably robust, and I no longer experience the wobbling issue I had with my previous throne. The rubber feet provide excellent stability. While the seat cushion could be thicker, it's not a concern unless you have extended drumming sessions lasting over an hour, like myself. Additionally, the limited swivel of the seat can be viewed as a positive or negative, depending on your drumming style. Overall, it's worth the extra investment.

I've been using a 23" tall Remo Tubano as a drum throne for years. It's a great drum in its own right and serves as a handy table when needed. However, sitting on its hard surface finally caught up with me last month, resulting in a painful pinched sciatic nerve. This throne is incredibly sturdy (I weigh 260 lbs), and I immediately noticed a significant improvement in comfort with its 4" padded seat. It's unquestionably worth every penny!

I continue to use this throne for my keyboard, and it performs admirably. The seat boasts ample padding, ensuring comfort during extended sessions, and the unit itself is exceptionally sturdy. My only minor criticism is that the seat occasionally rocks on the tripod stand. I might need to make some slight adjustments to address this issue. Overall, it's a fantastic throne.

I bought the Black Drum Throne, and it arrived promptly a few days later. It's indeed a great drum throne; however, I do wish it could be adjusted lower than it currently allows (it stops at a certain point). This limitation can be a minor inconvenience for shorter individuals wanting to try out the drum kit. Nonetheless, I would consider purchasing it again.

Solid and well-crafted, though it does emit some creaking noises that can be troublesome during recording sessions. I've noticed a degree of instability attributable to the thickness of the padding. The padding tends to compress, giving a sensation of nearly slipping off if you don't sit just right. Additionally, there's some play in the attachment of the seat. While it appears sturdy, it doesn't offer the level of stability I desire.

This throne is precisely what my husband desired for his drum set. I'm relieved that I didn't opt for the more expensive options, as they wouldn't have provided any significant advantage for his purposes. (After all, we don't want him too comfortable, or he'll never stop playing!) It offered great value at an affordable price, boasting excellent quality and prompt shipping.

I adore this throne. It boasts a large seat and is impressively solid. I'd easily rate it 5 stars if the seat adjustment were a bit more convenient. However, I understand that achieving this level of affordability may not be possible with added features. Thus, it's undeniably a fantastic purchase!

I ended up returning this throne only because I opted for a stool with casters. However, it appeared to be well-crafted and certainly sturdy enough for an individual of average size. Interestingly, a friend of mine has the exact same stool, and it's still going strong after 30 years of use, so it's clearly durable.

I practically ended up on the floor. I purchased it as an additional stand for my apartment, thinking, "What could go wrong, right?" Well, I actually ended up on the floor, and no matter how many times I twisted the bolt on the side, it consistently loosened. Keep in mind that I'm only 5'8". This seems suitable only for emergency use, and even then, exercise caution!

This serves as a good, budget-friendly starting throne. Eventually, you might consider upgrading to something better and more comfortable. But for the time being, this gets the job done. My only concern is that it lacks the locking mechanism found in most professional thrones, so the seat can come off quite easily.

This throne is fantastic. I've only had it for about a week, so I can't comment on its long-term durability, but compared to the stock throne that came with my set, this one is a significant improvement. It boasts a substantial cushion, especially when compared to some of the other available thrones. Assembly was straightforward, and it's exceptionally sturdy, highly adjustable, and visually appealing. It's definitely worth the extra $25 or so over a throne with a smaller cushion.

I purchased this as a secondary throne to keep at the church. I already own a 20-year-old Mapex throne that's still in excellent condition. However, it seems the same throne I originally acquired for 30 dollars now costs around 70 dollars. Hence, I opted for this one. It features a thick, comfortable seat, although the height adjustment isn't as precise as my old Mapex. Overall, I'm content with this purchase.

This throne is compact and easily foldable, making it exceptionally convenient. Moreover, it's the most comfortable throne I've come across. I happen to own a sound production trailer, and I can effortlessly fold up the legs and neatly stow everything away. Despite its manageable weight, it remains impressively sturdy even after years of use.

While it may not be excessively plush, the amount of cushioning is more than adequate given the price. I might not choose this for nightly gigs, but it's certainly suitable for practice sessions. This is an excellent option for anyone seeking a basic drum throne priced under $100. It allows you to reach your desired height comfortably, and if you decide to upgrade in a year or two, you'll feel like you've received your money's worth.

I purchased this throne for use with our drum set, as we were previously perched on the corner of a wooden storage chest, which was quite painful. This throne is generously padded and offers excellent comfort. The base is substantial and impeccably constructed. Its ease of adjustment is convenient, especially when accommodating various individuals who come over to play Rock Band. We've been using it on a ceramic tile floor, and there have been no issues with slippage.

This throne is undeniably of high quality. While it lacks a quick height adjustment feature, it addresses a common issue I encountered with past thrones where the quick adjustment mechanisms broke or stripped, leaving me stuck at the lowest setting. In fact, with one throne, I had to resort to using a radiator clamp to maintain a playable height. This problem won't occur with this throne! I appreciate its durability and sturdiness.
