Overall I'm super happy with this printer. It's not a deal breaker for me, but it was a little frustrating and I can definitely see someone with less computer skills getting overwhelmed.

I love this! I was very surprised by how fast and clear it printed. It even came with the holder for the label paper. This has made my work so much easier, and it is compatible with a Mac.

I had been printing shipping labels on regular letter paper, cutting them out with scissors, then taping them to my boxes. You have to turn on the power switch before sending a print job to it. I would recommend this product to a friend.

I am very pleased with this little thermal printer.Now, it' s a matter of selecting the polono printer PL60 any time I' m printing a label, without having to tweak the settings again.

I used to use a normal printer with sticker paper but hated how it always smudged and faded at any little touch,By the way, I found it a lot easier to search youtube instead of the manual for my problems shown in the other picture!
