    I like the ability to control the volume. Good buy, good features and low price. Good clear instructions about how to set up the phone. You don't need an expert to do this.

    this one replaced one that i had from a different manufacturer this one is BETTER! 1. clearly marked controls on the telephone pad (and they have a nice rubbery feel which will make it easier to clean) 2. very comfortable and adjustable headset 3.very loud and clear sound quality 4. great price!

    I have been using for over 2 weeks now with no problems at all. A fellow classmate recommended it's one as with just starting in the virtual call business, we needed something affordable. This suited our needs and exceeded our expectations. I am also able to wear it for comfort needed when my neck is bothering me and my mom and sisters want to talk forever. I am actually considering the purchase of another one for household purposes. This is a great buy.

    I received my phone within minutes of me needing it to start my training!! Wonderful service!! The product is amazing, headset is comfortable and the black device with buttons is cute and professional looking at the same time. I am starting to work from home as an interpreter and this headset and dial-pad are perfect, I can hear very clear and it doesn't occupy much space on my desk.

    This actual works better than a traditional phone, sound quality is adequate, and the microphone picks up less back ground noise. It's also quite small, I was surprised too see it's not much bigger than a cell phone.

    This product is a great value! I made my first phone call and the person on the other end said verbatim,” I have never heard you so clear”. I am sold! So glad I made the investment. When I am at my desk this product works great. Sometimes wired communication devices are needed and really are better in wireless word.

    If your working from home like I am an need a phone for your home office, this is perfect! I have to type while on the phone, so headset is very nice to have. You won’t regret this purchase.
