  I bought two of these as we are transitioning to car camping and we are both very pleased! I read many reviews about how difficult it is to put the remaining tension bar on and while it is tight, it's definitely not that difficult. It's necessary for the cot to have tension and be comfortable. Make sure you are using the longer end of the bar, push and pull the canvas along the bar as it tends to bunch up a bit in the center when it's folded - just straighten that out evenly and it's a very minor adjustment but very helpful. Affix the shorter end (the distance from the hole to the end of the bar) and pull out to place the longer end onto the cot connection. This is where you may have trouble because especially the first time as it's tight (as it needs to be). We haven't used them yet except around the house to test the bedding and the cots themselves and so far its solid construction and the cot canvas is well sewn.

  These cots are made from a sturdy canvas material that is easy to clean. We found the cot to be surprisingly comfortable, but we still used a pad for extra support. They are a bit heavy for hiking or backpacking, unless you don't mind the weight - to each their own! I would definitely buy these again and can confidently recommend them.

  The cot is very strong, attractive, and comfortable. We have regular weekend guests and plan to keep it in use. We bought a 3-inch deep pad for it, but it's fine just as it is. Additionally, the price is very good. We live abroad and even with shipping, it was still worth it. Plus, it arrived 5 days earlier than expected.

  I purchased this for a camping trip. The cots are very sturdy and heavy, but I felt comfortable and slept well on them. I would definitely buy them again.

  These cots are sturdily built, yet small and light enough to easily toss in the car without taking up too much space. They're built like the old army cots, but thankfully, they're not quite as difficult to assemble.

  I've slept on this cot nightly for over 90 days straight. As someone who is 6'2", weighs around 240 pounds, and has wide shoulders and hips, I usually can only sleep on a memory foam mattress. However, this cot worked incredibly well for me, so much so that I didn't even need my inflatable sleeping pad. I experienced no neck, back, or hip pain and had great quality sleep. The fabric of the cot also held up very well. I haven't tried any other cots, but I see no reason to change what already works exceedingly well.

  This is one of the sturdiest cots I've tried. It's quite heavy, so it's not ideal for camping if you have to walk to your site. It does take a bit of effort to get the last support bar in, but the key is to hold the bed securely so it doesn't slide around. It does get easier with multiple uses. As a single mom, I used my kids to stand on one end and one side and was able to get it in fine. The only thing I don't like is that the support bars are long but not even. One side sticks out maybe about an inch and a half, but the other side is a good three inches. My shins have learned to give this cot a wide berth when walking around. It makes a great guest bed for when friends come over, but I'm not sure I would recommend this for camping. We bought one to try for our upcoming camping trip and while I'm definitely keeping it for guests, I'm still looking for a good camp cot. Bottom line, it's a great price, sturdy, and comfortable.

  As a 6'1", 160 lbs individual, this cot was perfect for me while tent camping. The support bars are designed to be very tight. My installation tip would be to sit in a chair or on a picnic table, push the primary frame with a foot, and pull the support bar with your arms. This combination makes it a lot easier, and I never struggled with it after figuring that out. I used to use an air mattress while tent camping, but this was a lot better because it gets you off the ground and is just as comfortable to sleep on. The design of the cot is such that you don't feel any of the bars underneath or behind you. I felt the side bars sometimes while sleeping, but it wasn't a problem and moving my sleeping bag over them solved the issue. I might add a twin air mattress to this for even more comfort, but really that would just be a bonus. Folding it up is really easy as well. I highly recommend this cot.

  I purchased this cot for my grandchildren to sleep on. However, the box it arrived in was damaged and the nylon had holes in it. Additionally, it required a lot of strength to install the crossbars. It's not practical for what I needed.

  This is a great cot of good quality and it's very sturdy, which is exactly what we needed! We've even tried pulling it with our travel wagon, which helps somewhat, but since we purchased more than one, it can still be heavy at times, especially if you have other stuff. Despite this, we definitely wouldn't change our decision on purchasing these as they were a great investment. They're not flimsy and won't break like some other cots I've read about. However, I would advise potential buyers to consider how far they'll be carrying it to reach their destination if they're planning to use these cots.We used them for our kids' track meets so they could rest after running. The distance from the parking lot to the registration line, then getting through the long line and finally finding a place to sit can be taxing. But once we got to our spot, everything was fine. I still highly recommend this product!

  This cot is sturdy. I recommend reading the reviews on how to assemble it. The last bar can be difficult to get into place without the tips provided, such as standing it up and pulling from different angles, etc. I appreciate that the cot is a little higher than some others. I put an air mattress on top of it. It's comfortable and quite stable. Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase.

  I bought this for taking short naps during lunch breaks on workdays. It's easy to set up (there's only one way to do it) and it's comfortable for my needs.

  Unfortunately, despite its cheap price, this bike seat is not worth it! It's heavy and very difficult to install the second bar. It's just not worth the headache!
