    I have naturally wavy hair but sometimes my thin hair needs a boost of curl. Ive used self-gripping curlers before. The issue is not them working- they work too well! I have great difficulty taking them out of my hair unless I pull them out w/great difficulty and they come out w/some hairs still attached. Im not using them anymore.

    I have long wavy hair. With the help of a few Bobby pins, these held my hair overnight and gave me great volume and curl. They took a minute to get used to but if I needed to I could sleep comfortably in them.

    I needed these to curl my shoulder length wig. The wig I had purchased, I couldn't use a curling iron on it. I used these when I was younger way back in the 60's. I am older now, and have experienced hair loss. I thought of these and how excellent they would work for the wig because the wig didn't have the proper look of curl they said it would have. So.....these worked perfect and it curled the style to what I thought it should be like, and also without using any water with them. Just used them dry. Curled perfectly and the style looked great! You can use them on real hair, also! They worked for us back in the 60's!

    Ive used velcro rollers before. These are VERY small. They did make my thin, short hair a little frizzy. However the amount of volume I got from them was worth having to use my curling iron to get rid of the frizz. I would not suggest this size to people with long or think hair.

    I was hesitant to purchase these but so happy I did. I have fine hair and these rollers gave me just the right amount of curl. I rolled my hair dry and then lightly sprinkled water on the rollers. Two hours later I removed them and ran my fingers through for awesome curls. And the next morning, the curls were still there, who knew.

    I've been searching for unheated rollers that would stay in my thick hair without falling out. They really add body, and bouncy curls. No clips needed. These rollers are it! I recommend them. I recommend buying 2 sets if you have long thick hair.

    I would be lost without these curlers. Because of an injury, I cant use a curling iron but because of these curlers I dont have to. They stay in my hair and I can use them by myself.

    I can't do perms anymore so here I am...back to rolling my thin hair. These rollers do the job perfectly and are easy to use. Even though the self grip is convenient, I still use a clip to keep them secure.
