    I bought these ear bean / seeds to curb my hunger. They seem to be working! They are easy to put on, they stay on well, and they come off like taking off a bandaid.

    Been using them for headaches and have found this to help significantly, adhesion is great, wore it in the shower and kept it on through the night, right amount of thickness, left some indents which is wanted with this, and perfect value for the money

    It was my first time buying these so I didn't know what to expect but surprisingly they work really well. You do need to look for the pressure points yourself since it does not come with a placement guide. That's the only negative I have.

    These stayed on for 5 days before becoming lose or falling off. even with daily showering. Placement is everything with these. lots of good youtube videos out there. And keep in mind these are best after acupuncture. reflexology. or a facial!

    These seeds work great. I use them for stress, appetite control and anxiety. They stick well and stay for a good 48 hours, even after workouts and showering. The only thing is you need to keep them zipped in the bag they come in or they dry out and don't stick well. I put a few drops of water into the bag and the stickiness was good as new. I recommend these to all my friends.
