    I have sleep apnea and am a mouth breather at night even with my sleep apnea device. When I use these my snore score on my snore app is a few points lower. I can still register a couple of light snores each night. They stay on all night if my skin isn’t too greasy from lotion. I do put some lip balm on first and that doesn’t affect their efficacy. They are also the most inexpensive brand I have found. I highly recommend.

    Love this product. Used to wake up with dry mouth and I could feel it affecting my gums and teeth. Now, I wake up with normal mouth! Teeth and gums back to normal. This is a real review. I promise. I’ve told dozens of friends to use it, including my 22 year old son. He loves them! Highly recommend

    I am amazed that after all of these years I could have used something so seemingly simple to solve my snoring issues. After several months of use I am sold. I could not be happier and I am now sleeping with mouth closed right through the night. Ordering more.

    I was skeptical about using this product, because it seemed like tape against my lips and mouth would be very uncomfortable. Actually, it is quite comfortable and it helps with dry mouth because my mouth is not open when I sleep. I have stopped using my mouthguard as well. Such a simple solution for mouth breathing and bruxism. So happy I discovered mouth tape.

    I was diagnosed for mild sleep apnea since I was a mouth breather ...recommended to use the mandibular Advancement device which took 5 weeks to make it. Meanwhile i said I will buy mouth guard and use these stripes to shut my mouth and these stripes were God sent I was little skeptical at first as they were very cheap compare to the other ones but they turned out to be real blessing for me. They were light weight very comfortable and easy to use..
