I bought this product to add a weight to my pull up and cardio. I am skeptical about the product as it is cheaper than others in the same prodjct lists. Once I receive it, I love the design. The weights are harder to put but I just put it in without close the top parts to make it easier add or remove the weights. So far i love this product and help with what I need.

As someone who loves to workout with Challenges and values Durability along with performance I've made the best choice to invest In this vest. I Am not a typical reviewer who says something nice after a month of using it. I've owned this vest for 4 years now and it's in great conditions. It's too easy to adjust the weight that works for you. For anything you value using this vest it's great to invest in one. I particularly love this one because it has helped me in my stamina and my resistance. That's why I recommend this if you're someone looking for a product like this don't let it's price walk you away because this brand lives up for it giving you great durability and performance with you choosing the weight that works for you. I will continue to enjoy such a well made vest.

The shoulder pads are kind of bulky. and I would've like to see some soft material on the part that touches your shoulders. I plan to wear this with a thin tank top or no shirt at all so I'll see how that works out. The material on the shoulder pads seems like the same ballistic material so I'm hoping it doesn't cause any rug burn affect. But if you wear it without a shirt. it definitely looks very commando/Rambo! Haha.

I use this to supplement my walking days to keep my calorie burn up while also maintaining core stability and an excuse to work on my calves. Try to put on weight a little at a time until you can put on all the weight. Or don't. The nice thing about this is that it has the weights at 4 lb increments (this depends on the total weight bought).Anaway. I highly recommend this product!

Exactly as described . I've used it on the treadmill to mimic backpacking while utilizing the incline function. Used it outside for flat running during interval training. It's a bit difficult to get it strapped with the full weight in place - you have to reach back to get the strap through the ring but once in place it stays in place. Love it!!!

I’m on the smaller side so there’s not enough Velcro on the straps to attach the entire length of the straps. I inserted a couple weights before I figured out how to insert them fairly easily. I found that moving the sand to the opposite end that you first insert makes it easier to insert the weight to get it started.

I've been using the vest to enhance some exercises (e.g. lunges and squats) as well as wearing the vest around the house including lots of trips up and down stairs. I've also worn it on several long walks including one in which I was walking in about 6 inches of fresh snow. Even though 20 pounds doesn't sound like much you definitely notice the extra effort that is required so if you're looking for a convenient way to increase your work load the vest does the trick.

My only modification was to put duct tape on the parts of the vest that touch my body. I was concerned that my sweat (acidic) would slowly eat away at the material. As is, the material is of strengthened quality. It would be great if RUNFast would develop a vest that can hold more weight. Maybe 100-110 pounds. Highly satisfied.
