    This is a great yoga set especially for the yoga ball which is the one I have been looking for/ I have been using the yoga ball for 2 months and it has been working wonderfully/ I only pumped it once when I got it out of the package and it still holds up well/ All my kids also like to play with this yoga ball/ The yoga ball is sturdy/ The yoga blocks and the resistant bands also serve the purpose although I haven't been using them as frequently as the yoga ball/ For someone who is looking for a yoga set especially with a yoga ball, this is a great choice/

    Seems like a really awesome workout set! I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of the yoga blocks/ They're not quite as thick as the ones at the yoga studio but they still seem really solid and will provide adequate support for poses/ The ball had a really strong almost paint-like smell upon opening. so I def recommend blowing it up and leaving it sit for a couple weeks before use/ It no longer has a bad smell now/ Really appreciated that it came with a pump to blow it up/ That process did take some time but it wasn't too difficult/ I haven't fully tested the other products but they seem sturdy/

    For some reason I thought the ball is bigger. But I went back and check the description I guess I just didn't read it carefully. Other than that everything is great. Came in on time.I wish there's 2 blocks.

    I am trying to build up my home gym so I can stay out of the gym some. and in case they get shut down again.i really bought this for 3 things. the ball. balance pad and stretch band (they call it a cotton loop). The balance ball I can get a lot of workouts on. I do have a dumb bell so I do torso twists. and crunches. Use the small resistance band and do leg lifts. Doing this while on the balance ball can be pretty hard. i do some leg exercises.The cotton loop is for stretching. go gently. The big one for me is the balance pad. You just stand on it. sounds easy? its not. thy to stay on your heel. For this make sure its not on a smooth surface. like your smooth garage floor. I did this on accident and slipped so do not be me.

    I think this is a great cast for beginners. I know I didn't have all of this when I first started and it really has helped me get a better workout or to help modify a move to where I can do it accurately. I hope my video helped explain some of that. But I highly recommend this set. I only had a yoga mat before so this is a huge plus for me.

    This set works well for my yoga practice. I use the small ball in place of a block on many of the yogi poses and I have no issue with only one block in my practice. The two different sized bands make it great for most of my exercises. This is a great mix and overall value; excellent quality and versatility

    I'm a beginner in this whole yoga thing and needed some props and accessories to start. These were a great price and they are working out great! Now. if I could only just motivate myself a bit more to do the yoga. but that's a different story.
