Use it for marathons. run a 8:30-9 min pace. It's perfect. very secure does not bounce. able to pack applesauces and energy snacks for long runs and carry my phone. I'm very busty and the top strap is elastic which allows for comfort in the chest area. The only bad thing is the bladder it comes with! Had to chuck it in the first week. it started to leak and it was completely insecure. absolutely terrible. Bought a camelback 3L short bladder and it fit perfect. Since I bought that I love it. absolutely will buy again when this one wears out.

I have run 10 marathons. including the Boston Marathon. I mention this to say that I was looking for a pack that does not interfere with my running at all. as I am a very competitive runner. After researching different packs on . I decided to go with this one. I am extremely happy with it. I have already run a half marathon in it and I'm running a marathon in 2 weeks with this pic. I got the 1. 5 L because I feel like this will increase my efficiency with my mile times. The pack holds all of my gel packets well. There is a back pocket where I store the majority of them. I am extremely happy with the front pockets in the straps of the pack. I hold a gel packet up front on my right strap. and in my left strap there is enough room for my Galaxy S7 phone. The water hose does not seem to get in my way as long as I loop it through the front clips. For reference. I am 5 7 and weigh 130 lbs. I'm able to secure the pack tightly to my body so that there is no bouncing on my back. In the back of the pack. there is air ventilation to keep me from getting too hot with the pack on. I would suggest this pack to other Runners as I am very happy with it. It was definitely very comparable to the Nathan pack I saw for a fraction of the price.

So far I am going to give this vest a 5 star rating. I ordered it with free shipping that was 7-10 business days and got it in 3. I was very happy and impressed by that. It also looked just like the picture. It was very lightweight fabric which is good for the hot KY summers. I have only taken it out on one 4 mile run so far so I will update it again in a few weeks. On my first run I put 1 liter of water in it. It did not bounce which was nice. I did have to cinch up most of the straps pretty far because I am only 5'2 and 130 lbs. If your much smaller then me. I don't know if it would fit very well without bouncing. The taste of plastic in the bladder was VERY strong. But I washed it twice with baking soda and hot water and that seamed to help. Over all. so far its exactly what I wanted and I love it. I'm training for a 30K so hopefully I can updated it after one of my 16-18 mile runs for more detail.

Used this for a 6-hour Airsoft Milsim. it performed exactly how I hoped. For the pricez this is an amazing purchase. Decent amount of space for carrying stuff even with a full hydro bag. It looks good. works well. and it's cheap. Definitely would recommend.One potential issue is I was unable to test whether or not it was waterproof and to what extent. I would not expect it to keep too much water out just based on the material feel. but I could be wrong. Regardless. it's an excellent buy for the price and airsoft/hiking use.

I strongly recommend you buy this product. The materials and features are ridiculously great for the small price paid. Has an insulated pouch for the bladder and insulated hose! The back pouch is big enough to fit an I pad . cell phone and tee shirt or hoodie. Love that it's very functional and has storage space! The padded straps are comfortable. This definitely out beats the $85 camel bak I purchased! Definitely buy! *BTW the hydration pack is a lot smaller than the picture they have with the guy wearing it in camo.

The holder itself has several pockets including one large one for bigger items and molli like straps on the front for other attachments. The larger pocket has two parts, one part is a larger storage pocket and the other is a lined pocket for the bladder pack to keep it cool. The design and material of the pack is well made and larger than most hydration packs. A strap for the waiste and chest which is good for keeping the pack from flapping around. The bladder itself has a well made lid that screws on tightly and doesn't leak even with a lot of pressure. The hose connection to the bladder screws in which is way different from the normal snap in connections. The hose also has a neoprene sleeve over to protect you from the hose catching or rubbing on your skin making things irritable during a run or hike. And lastly the mouthpiece has a weird but oddly efficient locking mechanism to prevent leaking. Most hydration systems either use a flow switch or a bite and drink mouthpiece but this one uses a bite and drink with a slight pull and push flow mouthpiece. It's odd but it works, surprisingly.

Great hydration pack I received this pack a week ago I have put in a little over 70 miles with it. No rubbing or hot spots. Straps stay tight on the trail no readjustment after you put it on. I bought the one with the two soft 350ml water bottles and absolutely love not hearing or filling water sloshing around in them. The storage options are useful and the bungee cord pocket on the back is great for stowing jacket on the go.

The vest is great and would definitely buy again! At 5'2 and 120. I have taken in most of the adjustable straps. Was a little nervous about a one size. but adjustment capability will work for a snug fit for minimal summer and layered winter attire. There are more pockets. shapes and sizes. for all essentials. Pleasant surprise. how soft the outer seams and inside wicking material are. Usually I'm a fan of holding things before buying. anyhow. the quality. structure. and feel are impressive!

I bought 2 of these packs for a trip to a desert area. We hiked around in the heat. Both performed well. but later in the day the water in the hose tasted rubbery. That's the only downside. They hold a lot of water. and stayed cool for hours. I took snacks in the extra space instead of ice. Easy to clean.

I purchased this for my son who is in the civil air patrol. One of their requirements is a bottle or camelbak. This is a more eco friendly way for not bringing bottles of water. It is sturdy enough for physical training days and looks good on the camo jacket. Easy to rinse out. Holds just the right amount.
