    I have an elusive kitty who needs flea treatments sometimes. Well, she used to be feral so it's impossible to just pick her up, I have to wait and trick her or sneak up on her, sometimes it takes weeks. This net was perfect for my issue. now I just scoop her up with it! Sometimes she see's me coming and I have to chase her around but still when i see her path I put the net in front of her at the last second and she runs right in it (lol). The netting is strong enough to hold her and the metal is really sturdy.

    My plecostemous outgrew my 75 gallon aquarium. Having grown from 1 1/2 inches to 16 inches in length, he desperately needed to be moved to my 120 gallon backyard pond. I tried to scoop him up in a mixing bowl, but couldn't catch him. I purchased this fishing net specifically to move him from tank to pond.

    I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom who is an avid golf player. I got the idea to get her a collapsible net after I heard her talking about how one of her golf partners lost a ball in the water, as they were not able to reach it with whatever implement they had.

    Net is great and functional in every way. We use ours non traditionally to rescue baby birds that wander into dangerous places as they fledge. Long reach makes alot of difference. Made a great fathers day gift.

    I bought this met to catch turtles in my fish pond. There were too many turtles, and they compete aggressively for the food I throw out for the fish. Turtles have sharp claws, and the bigger turtles are heavy, so I was concerned that this lightweight net might not be strong enough to handle turtles. So far I have netted 39 of various sizes and relocated them to nearby wetlands.

    The net is very sturdy and easy to maneuver in the water. The angled edges make it easier to get into the smaller spaces among the rocks. I didn't realize that the front of the net doesn't actually have a frame to it, just the sides do, but it seems to work just fine.

    I really like this net! I didn’t realize how collapsible it was. I knew that the handle could extend but I did not know that the net part actually collapses. The length of the handle is OK, if it was a little longer it would be nice. It seems sturdy enough although I have not used it.

    As most of the fish I catch weigh under 5 lbs with only a few of the bass or catfish I am lucky to catch even roughly approaching 10 lbs.; I believe the netting will be sturdy enough to hold whatever I catch without sustaining any tears or damage. However, for someone who wants to use this net to land bigger fish, I would think they may encounter some problems with the net tearing.

    My husband picked it out for me to use to catch my young guinea hens. They are not that smart and will fly over the fence and then forget that they flew over and will run back and forth until they are exhausted trying to find an opening to walk back in.This net works great for that purpose! The angled frame allows me get into corners to catch a guinea hen and place him back with the others.

    My fishing luck hasn't been so good that I even needed a net. However, I bought myself a kayak and I'll be able to fish places I couldn't walk to. My hopes are high for both the fishing and netting.

    It is a telescopic fishing net at a great price. I like the rubber-coated net as it is not tangled easily.
